All About Roofing of Florida

Very well. The workman replaced missing shingles, including cap shingles that were not installed with the right size nail, and cemented down shingles that had been wind-lifted due to improper installation by a different contractor. I want to make it clear that All About Roofing was repairing a different contractors poor work. We are very satisfied with the finished work and the warranty provided on their repairs.

It didn't go well.

Gary was the best. I had other estimates that had a high and low range depending on where they could tie in with the other shingles. Gary's estimate was only $100 higher than the low end of the range from the other estimates and he said he would get it done for that price. He used better quality materials than originally installed, he was all about quality and he was very precise in what he did. He explained why the water was getting below the shingles and explained exactly how he was going to prevent that from happening again. The job took a bit longer than he expected, but he never tried to make up time by cutting corners. He was able to tie into the other shingles exactly where he thought he could so he didn't have to go all the way to the peak of the house to make it work. I'm not a roofer, but I've worked in different aspects of construction work in my life and it was obvious to me that he was a professional and he took pride in his work. I don't think I would call anyone else if I have roof issues in the future.

They pulled permit and were on the job in two days. They came early in the morning, had a foreman present and owner checked in on the progress repeatedly. The last time we had roof done with another company, they failed to do the proper transition from small flat roof to the pitched roof and it caused water damage. All About Roofing of Florida explained the transition, corrected it and replaced damage wood. They were professional, kept us informed of the progress and texted me photos of the damaged wood they found. The photos showed me what was needed which gave me peace of mind and they gave me a fair price. My son will need a roof soon and he will be using All About Roofing in Florida as well. I highly recommend this company.
