This team of craftsmen converged on my property for an entire home renovation, inside and out. They came as a referral to me by a friend as they recently relocated to Brevard County from Texas. Because they didnâ t have a long term reputation locally, I was a little nervous but heard great things and wanted to get them early before they were too busy. I have no regrets and would highly recommend them. They worked efficiently; were very friendly & respectful always; did impeccable work for a great value; kept a clean workspace; happily changed anything along the way that I didnâ t love; and had integrity to the point that I felt completely at ease giving them total access to my house when I wasnâ t present. I feel so thankful that I was able to take advantage of Sean Aikenâ s amazing services before he and his team get overrun with business in the Space Coast. You will be blessed to have them work on your renovation. Also, being a busy real estate agent here, I know how long major construction projects like mine usually take in the current housing environment. Seanâ s team took a fraction of the time to remodel my home than anyone else I knowâ and I know a lot of them. I canâ t believe how far they stretched my budget! My home is stunning and I am thrilled!

Tim and Sean had done an incredible job remodeling our bathroom. We took it down to the studs, moved lines and drainage and built it back up again. The workmanship was so well done and truly the work of craftsman. Tim and Sean both care very much for what they do and the level of service they bring. I work out of the home, so it could have been painful in working and living close to a construction zone. They were a pleasure and very not intrusive. We will be doing other work on our home and will not go anywhere else but Aiken.

The price was agreeable. The worker was knowledgeable and through and explained how the work was to be performed.

Installed two ceiling fans and roll out cabinets. Work was completed promptly and as promised. Completely satisfied.

He lined a closet with cedar, corrected the alignment on two doors and installed a trim that had fallen off. Did an excellent job. Fast and neat.

I have found my “go to” company for most any handyman or home remodeling work. My wife was getting some materials to replace a kitchen faucet at one the hardware stores. That also included a kitchen cabinet base board that was too big to fit in her car. Tim Aiken was very nice and offered to drive it over to our home for her. As the project then turned into a point where we needed a little help, Aiken Remodeling was of course the first name on my mind. Tim and his partner/brother Sean came in to help us not only replace that kitchen faucet, but then also a bathroom faucet, and a toilet. During the whole thing they made a few runs to the hardware store to get miscellaneous small parts too. All said and done, they spent a lot more time here than they actually charged us for. They gave us a great deal, were very clean, professional, and did a great job. I already have a few projects in mind that I’ll be calling them again for, very soon.

We had complete renovated our bathrooms. Tim and Shaun ripped it down to the studs and rebuilt from concrete up! It was such beautiful craftsmanship and really cared about the outcome. We were lucky to have found them. They did cabinets, re-plumbing, fixtures, lighting, tile work (which there was great deal of it to be done. It has turned out better than I envisioned. Tim and Shaun are so professional and trust them and the craftsmen they brought in. Great communication and kept me up to date on what I needed to.

Tim and Sean were very cordial and I truly was pleased with the quality of the work. They did an outstanding job painting my house and repairing my chimney.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations for the services. They put lights in 3 closets, installed an outlet, installed an outside light, fixed a leaking window frame, stripped wallpaper and painted small bathroom. Very professional, on time and well versed in their field.
