AWFUL! The owner came out promptly and quoted a price to care for my well-kept, clean pool on a weekly basis. She explained to me that 'one employee would come to brush my pool and another would come on another day to deal with the chemicals.' (This sounded like a ridiculous and ineffective use of time, but I presumed she knew what she was doing....) The young girl who came to brush the pool, Starr, was nice, but not at ALL thorough and she couldn't have cared less about the quality of her work. Plus, she arrived with her boyfriend in tow - a non-employee. She spent more time tell me why she could NOT thoroughly brush my pool than she did in brushing it! (SERIOUSLY!) When she left, I went out and took photos of the untouched basket area in the deck, a good bit of mold on the underlip of the brick coping and some debris in the pool - and the pool IS screened! I sent the pics to the owner who could do nothing but apologize and tell me that 'the chemical guy would fix it when he arrived.' Well, Mr. Chemical Guy showed up with an attitude and spent the first 10 minutes bad-mouthing his employer and telling me she has no idea how to run her business. He THEN proceeded to tell me he thought I 'should hire another company!' (I wondered if the moron realizes that his paycheck is reliant on the customers whose pools he cleans.....Hmmmm.) Needless to say, I told him to pack his crap and leave. I've since found a top-notch company, THE POOL WHISPERER, who has (in less than 2 weeks) gone out of their way to provide stellar service and they even came out on a Saturday (at THEIR insistence, since my pool wasn't cleaned by the first poor excuse for a 'company.) Sadly, I learned that the original owner of Advanced Aquacare died December 2015 and his wife if attempting to run the company now....THAT explains the inept service and disgruntled employees. I predict the company won't be around for much longer if they continue to provide the type of 'service' they gave me - and they don't DESERVE to be in business.

They don't charge too much like a $100.00, they just charge you a $30.00 a month. It is good for me not to store the chemicals and do putting the pool chemicals by myself.

Cleaning filter and pool only once a month may not be enough, but overall things have gone well for the five months I have been using them.
