I spoke with the owner of the company when I placed the order could tell from the onset that she was listening, was an honest business person, and that she cared that both I and my Mother would be happy with the experience and the arrangement. A Floral Affair delivered on all fronts. The owner offered to send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered (which they did), and they called my Mother before delivery to confirm the address and to make sure she was home to receive the arrangement. My Mother, Father, and Sister all called me after it arrived to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was, and they also sent pictures.
I have had a lot of less than good experiences with florists in the Cocoa Beach area, so I am really happy that I have now found someone just a few miles further that I will be able to count on for years to come.
