I got an estimate when arrived of $540. After several hours of work on system was told estimate was wrong and would be $1,000. I refused double quoted price. Owner called and said that $1,000 and we needed to pay. I paid estimated price and tech left. The job was not complete

hired them and they seemed like they were honest and reasonable price wise, after they replaced one of the sednoids and claiming they replaced the valve body they only tested manually, come to find out it still did not work properly, they came out again and after 4 hrs they claim they had to replace the whole valve body, I questioned if that's what they had done before and they said it hadn't, they did not charge for second visit which is only proper. a couple of months later I was having the same issue with another valve and called 3 times with no response, ended up getting valve form lowes and replaced myself saving $100

Our new Owner Home inspection reported a couple of minor issues to be fixed. While the serviceman was here, we realized the previous owners had done some fixing of their own that was quite inventive but not very stable. 321 Irrigation was able to fix it, as well as move two sprinkler heads that inadvertantly were left outside of the newly erected fence in our back yard. We were very satisfied.

They worked well with my tenant and neighbors to get the sprinkler system up and running at a rental property. Great communication, worked around everyone's schedules and was fair in price. Helped coordinate with electrician and moved the whole operation to a better spot in the yard.
