Repair went well

The two men who successfully solved the blockage of our main sewer line were very friendly and courteous. When finished, they cleaned the area. Our only complaint is that some paint was scraped off the stairs in moving the cable machine up/down from the basement.

What an extremely tight running operation Roto Rooter has in place.  Roto Rooter is located on Gemini Blvd., Orlando and sent Dennis, water restoration technician.  He is hard working, reliable, friendly, and dedicated to his profession.  He removed vanities, baseboards, flooring in both bathrooms, carpeting in master bedroom and closet, carpeting in hallway, linen closet, and another bedroom.  He had 9 blowers and 2 dehumidifiers for 3 days to rectify the problem. He was prompt and returned when he said he would to check on the machines everyday in addition to spraying antibacterial spray and whatever needed to be done to keep mold and mildew out of my home.  I hope this never happens to me again, but if it did I definitely know who I would call.  Thank you Roto Rooter.

I'd had water in garage and had drain put in front of doors to catch water.  However, drain field wasn't adequate.  Roto Rooter attached pipes to pipes already there to take water to street.

Work went well. Workman removed a number of items from the drain line.
