Andrew's Fence

Andrew's Fence is great and I highly recommend him. He spent time with me planning the fence and different options. He was the cheapest of 5 local companies I spoke with. His team was very exact and every fence board/nail is perfectly inline. They completed the job exactly on time and at budget. His workers are very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The gates are heavy-duty and function nicely.

When I spend my hard-earned money, I want a professional who has had years of experience, and will give me an end product that I am satisfied with. Andrew's Fence Co. is the best this area has to offer if you want a new fence installed. Andrew's Fence Co. has performed work at my home twice in the past few years, and my husband and I have been extremely pleased each time with the cost, quality of materials, and the professional, "can-do" attitude of Andrew and his team of hard workers. Andrew's crew did a great job on the fence, and Andrew visited the job site to ensure that the work was being done correctly. No payment was expected until the job was completed to my satisfaction. A 10' gate and 4' gate were installed as well. Quality work. He warranties his work, so if you have any problems, he is a phone call away. My initial estimate was completed before he left. So, you do not have to wait for an estimate like you do with other companies.

Metal Gate looks excellent and chain link garage enclosure is perfect, very strong and much more attractive than we thought it would be. Andrew very nice, helpful with good design.

The experience went very well. We went with them because they were highly recommend and they installed the original fence we had.

Finished job was great

The guy was straightforward. My wife thought the price was excellent. He is very thorough in his work and he cleans up. It was amazing. You couldn't tell when he left that he worked there.

installed 6 weeks late. pool could not pass inspection without it.
he said mine was a small job so he was trying to "fit it in".
He used long staples instead of nails - they started breaking from rust after 6 years.
The wood is poor quality and has been bending. I have had to replace several of the poles that go into the ground.
I constantly have trouble wiith the gates due to the warping wood.
I have had many privacy fences in the past and have never had the difficulties that I have experiences with this.

The proposal was simple and straightforward. Andrew made several excellent suggestions regarding gate placement neighboring fences.
The crew arrived on the day promised and completed the work in three days. The fence is absolutely straight and the gates are rock solid, thanks to the steel frames which they fabricate on site.
We had seen his work in two other neighborhoods and were impressed with the quality.

The final project was and is gorgeous. It was a bit rough getting it done, however...
Andrew didn't show up when he said he would- sometimes being gone for a day or two without notice. One weekend (held left on Thursday), he left the front gate nailed shut as it was being built- so we had to continually call him until he'd come and take it down. We couldn't get our morning paper nor could the mailman deliver our mail.
The problem with Andrew is he doesn't carry a cell phone and has no email. It's difficult to get in contact with him; you can only leave messages for him and he answers only when he's ready.
I made the mistake of paying him for the job when there was still work to do. He was going to build some excellent metal frames for 2 older wooden gates but had to leave for another job - he's never returned to finish the job he said he'd do. I didn't pay for them but he won't come back; I've left numerous phone messages which he ignores so they just won't get done.
Also, I had asked him to come back and put up a section of six foot old fencing but he never would return my phone calls. I finally paid someone else to help me.
Don't pay him for his work until you have all that you want done finished. Being so difficult to get in contact with, in today's world, is a surprise.

He was very professional and was on-time. He did every thing I expected and more.

He did a fabulous job. He's very knowledgeable. It's just him and his sons doing the work. There are no hired workers. He is personally there everyday on site. He can do the work right away.

Andrew explained everything and provided a sample of the type of material he uses with a comparison of the type of material other's tend to use. All of the posts are cemented in place (as opposed to every other or every 3rd). Andrew, also, was doing the work, as opposed to sub contracting out to someone else. He inspected the work done by his crew as well as solicited feedback from me to ensure that I was happy with the finished product. I really appreciated his professionalism and high standard work ethic. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others. The work was done at my grandmother's house in Keystone Heights, Florida.
