After a friend recommended Weather Engineers to replace my failing AC system, I read the customer reviews – and was skeptical in seeing a family-owned HVAC company garnered several hundred 5-star reviews. After hiring this company, I see that they have earned each one. Owner Nathan took his time to answer all of my questions, sent us background material, and gave me a great price on the unit I wanted (we had already gotten other estimates)…and an appointment for the next day, even though my current AC likely had a few more days of sputtering life. Installer Matt was professional, courteous, exacting, and worked harder than a Type A beaver. Plus he cleaned every speck of debris and took all trash. Nathan then followed with phonecalls to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. This was my first time dealing with Weather Engineers, but it won’t be my last. Excellent work. Great customer experience. Highly recommended!

They're very fast, responsible, easy to work with, and very reliable. I do have a maintenance agreement with them where they come and service twice a year.

Cleaned inside & outside units, checked all equipment, changed filter.  Since it hadn't been serviced in 10 years, it wasn't an easy job.  The office called when the technician was on his way, which was actually a little earlier than the appointment.

The repairman did not see where Mike of Weather engineers had replaced ANY parts. He also left without putting the unit back together. It has been 2 weeks now and the ac is working great. The actions of this company and their employ is despicable and a total Rip off. I should have stopped payment on the check but I waited too long. Called to speak with a manager. My calls were not returned.

They're very responsive. If they make a mistake, they're very fair in responding and correcting it. But they do make mistakes.

We had gotten some estimates from other companies but our air was OUT and it was the one random February week that it had gotten very warm, making our home warm and stagnant... with an infant this was not a good time to worry about AC. Nathan Iacobacci, the owner of Weather Engineers quickly gave me an estimate over the phone and sent over a proposal, it was very thorough and reasonable and he actually was able to let us know that the unit we previously had was too small for our home. So he offered a larger unit, more efficient, with a 10 yr parts and labor warranty when other companies, the closest comparison, offered 10 yr parts and 5 yr labor. To top it off he got a crew to come in on overtime and put the unit in ASAP for my wife and infants comfort. The workers came in the mid morning knowing that they would finish around 4, to respect our Saturday morning, they were polite, professional and well presented. They were very kind, introduced themselves, show us what they were doing, how they were going to install, and cleaned up after themselves. They had everything prepared for the inspector in a folder and gave us tips on how to keep the new filter system pristine. The payment and transition was flawless, they handled our fpl discount and since I paid via credit card over the phone sent out a receipt the following day. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

The price is good compared to the competition and the service tends to be okay once the worker is here but dealing with the
office is a real headache. I find the woman who deals with contracts, billing and scheduling is just on her own planet. At this point my contract and billing is so messed up and confusing that I have simply given up on it.
As for the actual work done it seems adequate and professional. The only thing that is difficult is they often will ask for an all day window to schedule an appointment and that is just crazy to sit around for 8 hours and waste an entire work day. After debating for a length of time with the brick wall scheduler it is possible to get a 4 hour window which still just seems silly to me but better than 8 hours.
If you can put up with their office personnel they do a decent and professional job for you at a good price.

I think it went smoothly.  They worked without interruption until the one technician installed the thermostat only to discover one part was defective.  A call to the office quickly resulted in the delivery of a replacement.  The men cleaned up the work area and finished  about 3:00 P. M.
One of the main reasons I chose this company aside that it is a Carrier dealer was their 10-year labor warrantee.

The young man who came to seal the ducts was very nice. He was very careful not to mark my walls with the ladder. However, he did NOT cover any of my furniture and left specks of mastic and sealant on my countertops and some of the furniture, which I mentioned as I was following him around cleaning up after him.
Furthermore, since I've had other HVAC contractors out doding estimates, I've been told by all of them that he installed the duct board in my return INSIDE OUT! No biggie, but jeeze Louise, such a simple thing and it was done WRONG!

See update, above. You have to go behind these people and check EVERYTHING!

It was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. They fixed it just fine. I might use them again in the future.

I have used them for years and they are very good. They are competent. I have a special filtering system on my air conditioning since I have allergies, and they usually come out and do that. They charge $90 for that annually.

They made good on their word. It didn't work right at first but they sent their real expert out and he took care of things. They came back frequently to check out the problem. They were relentless in fixing the problem.

They are very good. They show up on time. They tell me ahead of time when they are coming, and they get there at the same time they tell me. They are very professional in the way they do their work. The new heating unit cost me somewhere around $1800. It is hard to tell how their price is, but it is well worth the service, and I would use them again. I had tried probably four others before I got them. They are great.

I got a total of 5 estimates for the same Carrier system. I had an excellent experience with them. I am the president of my homeowners and I would definitely refer them to other people. I like their service, price, professionalism and everything. I would absolutely use them again and so will my condominium complex.
