Debbie suggested we use their preferred lender "lance" WOW! what a one two punch with at that time Lance moving to another company that got us pre approval letter that was void not true so once Debbie mentioned in order to get out money we have to get a letter from that thief Lance mind you he is in cohort with the Viera Monopoly co. would not give us that and held our application hostage with this so called new company and his dealings. Very shady situation from cradle to grave with no remorse or in consideration that the customer is a 100% Disabled Vet (PTSD) with the stress it was a situation that started 2014 in the wrong foot.

That's just my experience working with Viera Co.

So sad with a nice area you would expect they take care of the Vets...

Last January, my husband & I purchased a home offered by Lori Nartatez, an agent with Viera Realty. Less than a week later, while making repairs that we were told by Ms. Nartatez had been completed but were not, we discovered extensive pre-existing termite damage. Although they did not disclose prior episodes of termite infestation, the sellers had informed us that the house was covered by a repair warranty for termite damage, and had provided that information to Lori Nartatez, Viera Realty's agent, when the property was initially listed for sale. She has subsequently denied any knowledge about the repair bond or of the multiple well-documented prior episodes of termite infestation. Viera Realty failed to offer any assistance to us in locating the termite treatment and warranty documents as required in the purchase agreement or in obtaining the information we needed to pursue our claim for termite damage under the warranty. The house was not inhabitable for almost six months while structural repairs were being completed. In addition, the home warranty covering appliances which was specified in the sales contract was not properly purchased by Viera Realty, resulting in repair costs that Viera Realty has refused to reimburse. Although the contract required the sellers to convey hurricaine shutters stored off site, we were told by Lori Nartatez that they could not be found when in reality they had been given away after the contract had been signed. We filed a complaint with the Space Coast Association of Realtors. They found Viera Realty's agent, Lori Nartatez, in violation of ethical standards in our purchase. Viera Realty appealed this decision, stating that her conduct was appropriate. The findings of breaches of the code of ethics were upheld in a second hearing by the Board of Directors. We have been repeatedly told by Raphael Hanley, the lawyer for Viera Realty/ Viera Company that we are "wasting his time" with our complaints. We are still waiting for a response from Viera Realty regarding compensation for our economic damages.
