I called Mike on July 20, 2017 around noon. He was on another job but told me had could see me by 3pm. that same day. He called me in advance so I could meet him at the campsite and he showed up exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor overload relay and was ready to go within 30 min. Cost was $48 for parts and $153 for labor (total cost with tax was $209.93) which I feel was fair due to the remote location. I will certainly use Mike again and have recommended him to everyone in my Campsite.

Our refrigerator broke down on July 3rd, being the Sunday of the July 4th weekend.? We called 3 or 4 appliance repair services before contacting Mike.? The other companies either didn't pick up the phone or we got their voicemail, and?who could blame them on a holiday weekend.? We?called Mike's company?around 10:00 am on Sunday morning, when he was already on another job on the beachside.? He told us he'd be at our house within an hour and he was.? He repaired the problem and was done in less than?an hour, for what I thought was a?very reasonable price.? Very courteous, very professional, very friendly.? We could not have been more pleased.? Or relieved --- he saved our weekend.? You just don't know how much you take a refrigerator for granted until it goes out.??We?highly recommend this company.

We have had no dripping condensation since his repair work.  He are very pleased.

Mike was extremely professional and always punctual. He initial concluded the master computer board in the refrigerator was bad; he ordered the part and replaced it when it arrived. This did not fix the problem and led him to replace the computer board in the ice dispenser panel. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem either. Mike was wonderful about returning the refrigerator to the original condition (put original computer boards back into the appliance) and returned the parts for a total refund. Mike then returned one more time to try a more detailed troubleshooting approach, however he reached a brick wall. Although the problem was not fixed, our dealings with Mike were a pleasure.

Mike was outstanding. He arrived at my home at exactly the time he estimated. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he determined that a new unit would be needed he showed me on the old one why it had to be replaced. He had the exact part with him in his vehicle and completed the job efficiently and professionally. And the total price was quite reasonable. I would definitely use his service again.
