They did not do the packing, they just did the moving. We did the packing. They put the stuff in the truck and moved it down here. It was very good. I would recommend them and I would use them again. They were priced reasonably. I thought the price was very good.

Off the Angie's list reviews I've done, I've never given an F. Too many people give and "F" if they are just somewhat dissatisfied when the merchant probably deserved a "D" or a "C". I think to get an "F" (or an "") the circumstances have to be above and beyond the norm. In this case I feel the lying by the principal makes this so.
We contracted with Two Men and a Truck to move a washer and dryer out of the house to be sold on Craigslist. Two movers showed up 15 minutes early. One of the movers carried the dryer by the front panel and broke off a large section of the decorative front panel. The removed the entire panel sating they would work with the owner, Mark Van Antwerp to get it replaced.
I was called about two weeks later and informed they could not find a replacement panel. I informed them of a local service/sales appliance dealer that handles ASKO machines. I never received any more calls and all of my calls were ignored. I finally got fed up and called Two Men and A Truck Corporate in Michigan which started to achieve some results. I was told by TMAAT corporate that they or Mr. Van Antwerp would be calling me with a settlement. After several weeks went by without a call I again called the corporate office and was informed that they (Corporate) were told by Mr. Van Antwerp that I had refused the settlement amount offered. I told her this was untrue and that in fact I had never received a call or message of any type. After this last call to corporate I finally received a $100.00 refund against my original $250.00 fee. It was incredulous to see such a blatant lie offered to avoid shelling out $100.00.

Booking the job went fine. The girl on the phone was nice. They arrived on time. They were mostly friendly. They only had to move a twin bed, couch, t.v, dresser, curio and a couple boxes. I told them ahead a time about a glass table lamp that also needed to be moved. They did not bring any bubble wrap so asked me to take the lamp in my car because they were worried they would break it. Just what you want to here from your moving company! Then they complained about the second floor and having to move the couch out. I asked them if the couch could be moved to my house if it didn't fit in her memory care room. They told me they could only make one stop and that if something didn't fit they would have to take it to their company and I would get charged $100 a night till I could move it. Didn't I hire movers? Every other company I have since called for the rest of her move said they can stop at 2 or 3 places if necessary. I could not believe they could not make another stop. Then we got to the Memory care unit and they were grouchy and complaining because it's a lock down unit and everytime they took things to her room the door to the entrance had to be locked and then reopened for them. It was not a big deal and if you move people into senior living you should be used to that. Either way I don't want to pay someone and hear them complain all day. But the worst was the price. I paid over $400 for them to move a twin bed, one couch, one small t.v, a dresser, a curio and a few boxes.(which I supplied and packed) Now that I am in the market to hire movers to have the rest of her items in her 2 bedroom condo put into storage, I am getting the same quote for all of her stuff! Would never use them again!

Reservation and moving personnel were courteous, responsive and efficient/effective. Movers did not cover cloth-based furniture in plastic wrap which resulted in some minor damages to a sofa and sofa chair. Damages were duly noted on signed moving forms at the end of the move. Lack of a response on the part of the company was unprofessional and not expected from a company we otherwise hold in high regard. Other than some rough handling of our furniture on the part of the movers, we are still pleased with the services we received. We did not use lessor noted, local movers since we wanted to use movers that were bonded and insured. Though short distance moves are difficult to book, getting estimates from several local movers could result in lower costs and possibly better service.

Only one word for these guys; hustle. Man, they were cheerful, careful with the stuff, and loaded/unloaded at light speed.
A very good decision on our part to let them move the heavy stuff to the second floor.

The service was very good and the two movers were personable and efficient. I was not prepared for the extra $200 tacked on for gas/distance from storage unit to my home. It was not quoted to me at the time I was getting the estimate for the work, and I was only informed once they arrived at the site to do the move. I didn't like the surprise charge. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the service.

Charles (from Jamaica) and Doug (from Wisconsin) did a fantastic job. They were both very professional, very personable and communicated well. We moved on a rainy day and they made sure everything was kept dry and moved safely. They even assisted with repair of items that had been damaged by previous movers and coached me in changing out the three prong cord to a four prong cord on my dryer. All along the way, they asked appropriate questions and made sure everything I wanted moved was moved and everything that came to the new home was placed and assembled as I wanted. Kudos to this company and especially these two men. I would hire them again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful experience with them. We moved last year and had a horrible experience with another company so we were a little nervous this year. Two Men and a Truck started off by answering all of our questions and reassuring us. On the moving day the guys showed up on time and quickly went to work. It was very hot out, but they still worked very quickly. These men treated our belongings as if they were their own. They made sure that everything was safe and handled properly. When we got to our new house they made sure that everything was put in the room where we wanted it. It's too bad that we bought a home this year, because I have finally found a moving company that I would feel comfortable using again. I highly recommend them!

They arrived on time, and did a thorough walk through of the home making to to note which items were to go to storage. They were very careful with all the fragile items and pointed out any issues as they came up. They took everything to storage came back for the 2nd load and brought it to my home.
