Property Appraisal
The appraiser text appointment approx. 8:50 am. Wanted to veiw home between 10 - 11:00 am that day. I agreed to time. Gary showed up at house At 10:57 and left at 11:18. I had a previos appraisal of $190,000. His appraisal came in at 1
$163,000. Lost the sale because of appraisal. Sold house again in 2 days. New appraisal came in at $187,000
Realitor, mortgage company, myself, and all others involved could not believe a $35,000 difference!!! If you use them. BEWARE
