Every one runs into bad luck and he had his share but why should I pay for his mistakes and inferior installation. Do not use this company unless you want trouble. After 4 attempts to patch a leak I had to do it. The dryer vent which went thru the roof was closed off and not rerouted. I paid for additional tapered insulation on the flat roof which had a glued vinyl material, TPO, installed, there are several spots that hold water, like I told him they would, and as I indicated now turn black so I have to pressure wash the roof every month or so. SAD!

"My lead man hurt himself and made some bad choices. I have since completed the roof and paid my supplier as agreed. I went back and corrected any issues the customer was having and I believe he is satisified."
