Appointment was at 8:30 he showed up at 9:45, the employee came in and ran the shower water then goes downstairs to the unit under me for about 10minutes. He came back up and ran the sink water, he ran back downstairs for another 10 minutes. He came back upstairs and said everything was good to go then he left. Sink and shower still leaking!!! I called the business and couldn't get any help over the phone so im having to drive to see what was performed during the time he was here and why he left saying everything was good and then when I went to check the sink and shower are still actively leaking. Would not recommend

He charged me $350 for less than one hour's labor to install it. When I asked about that rate he said that sometimes it takes only 20 minutes to install someone's water heater and he still charges $350. There's such a thing as a minimum rate for a service call but $350 for an hour!!

They did a great job and even made a 2nd visit to address additional concerns.

Tim from Tuckers came out the same day as I called. I had a shower and 2 toilets not working. Within the hour he had the blockage cleared out. He did an excellent job!

I have been satisfied with all the services Tucker has provided including remolding our bathrooms and our kitchen. They also plumbed our hot water heater to the garage.

Workman arrived to find and fix leak. Told me that I would need a shutoff valve installed before leak could be found. Told me that if a leak detection company came out to locate the leak they would install valve at cost of $250. He said he could do it for $150-$175. He installed valve. He checked inside house for obvious leaks and then charged me $250 for shutoff valve. I was upset. I called company and spoke to manager (Otis?) who said I needed leak detection and Tucker would charge me $350 for that service. He also told me to shop around and I would find that other leak detection companies were charging $595 for leak detection. He then said that he would look into it, fix the problem with the $250 and call me back. He never called back. I then called and spoke to Mr. Tucker who said he would look into the problem and call me back. He never called me back. So I am stuck with a new shutoff valve for $250 and a leak that just keeps getting worse and worse.
I called another leak detection company to come in and do the detection and repairs and they promptly informed me that I do not need a shutoff valve for them to find the leak....they would just use the main shutoff installed by the water company at the meter. Also, the price quoted me was $395. (Not the $595 referenced by the Tucker manager for other companies.) And they will find the leak and expose it.
I believe that this company is owned and operated by a group of liars who have their own agenda and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The workman lied about the need for a shutoff valve and then charged more than the estimate. The manager lied about the cost he would charge (to find leak) vs. other companies and never called back as promised. The owner lied about calling back after investigating the problem.

I had fairly minor plumbing problems, but the most disconcerting was a kitchen sink faucet that wouldn't run water at all. It was a Moen all Moens are guaranteed for life. I had assumed the problem was from something under the sink but the problem was a bad cartridge in the faucet, which they fixed. My complaint is that they replaced the cartridge, without regard for the fact that it was under a warranty. When I called Tuckers and asked how I could utilize the guarantee, they very reluctantly told me that if I were to get the cartridge part from Moen, they would give me credit for it, if I brought it into their office. Apparently then, I'm SOL on the labor charge. The two plumbers that were sent out, seemed to move about the house very slowly in order to charge more for labor. For example, they took 20 minutes to get their tools out of their truck in order to begin working.

Everything went perfectly. The plumbers arrived, when they said that they would. They kept the bathroom clean while operating their equipment, and they knew exactly what they had to do to eliminate the problem.

They were on time. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were quick. The on-off valve now works properly.
