I dropped my car off this morning and they gave me a rental car. There was no cost because it was for a recall. They gave me a free rental car which would have cost me $50. So far I haven’t had to pay for much because my car is under a service plan.

Its a part of my warranty. Not the price, the price is ok. I paid a package deal. Its not really free. There is a lot of waiting. Yes, because I have already paid for it. The workers are a little over worked. They are too busy. The work is close to two hours to three hours to finish the work.

The maintenance didn?t cost much. As far as the dashboard, it wasn?t supposed to cost me anything. It was 2 years ago and they are just now notifying me that they?ve got the dashboard in. I now don?t care, because I have got a new car. They finally got it in, they kept me hanging for 2 years. I wouldn?t have anything to do with them. During the maintenance, they ripped my seat and told me that I just didn?t notice it, it was wear and tear. As far as I?m concerned, they are a flunk out. I bought an Acura, Toyota has lost me.

I came into contact with 3 or 4, maybe 5 people, quite a few. I went in for maintenance, I use synthetic oil and I provide my own. I go to open my car door after they say they are all done and I find my seat ripped. The manager had left for the day, so I would have to make a trip back for when he was there. Then I?m so upset about that, it wasn?t until I got home and I found that my synthetic oil was still sitting on the floor board of my back seat. They don?t even know that they did the oil change with, or if they did with what oil they used. Then I called and talked to another person and that was when they set me up again with that manager He is the one that tried to tell me that his wife had the same kind of tear in her Toyota, but just in a higher location. So, he was sure it was wear and tear. He told me he would have it fixed for $350. No, not when I didn?t do it, they did it. That was that, and because of the issue with my oil, he told me that my next change would all be free, no charge, blah, blah, blah. I saw him write all this up in his computer and when I went back there was nothing in the computer, no notes. He claims he has no idea what I am talking about.

I brought my 2015 Highlander to Toyota of Melbourne for the 1st and 2nd new car services that are no cost to the owner and covered by Toyota as part of the new car purchase.  Both of these services consist of an oil change, tire rotation and inspection.  No big deal.  On the first service everything seemed to go well; however, when I returned home I decided to check the wheel nut torque to insure they where installed properly.  Toyota manual states wheel torque should be 76 ft.lbs..  All the nuts were torqued at approx. 150 ft.lbs which is excessive by any definition.  Over torquing the nuts can cause rotor warp which would require having the rotors resurfaced or replaced, which I'm sure they would have charged me for at a future date.  Upon contacting service manager, I was told techs. are suppose to check the nuts with a torque wrench which they didn't.  OK, perhaps they made a mistake.
2nd service; the car was dropped off with specific instructions to change the oil even though 10,000 miles haven't been driven between oil changes. (I like to change the oil at 5,000 mile intervals)  I am called saying everything is done come in to pick up the car.  Upon arrival, I'm told the oil change wasn't performed because it wasn't needed.  The whole point of me bringing the car in was to have the oil changed!!!  I would have been happy to pay for it had they told me Toyota won't pay for it.  They offered to send it back into the shop and perform the oil change; however, I didn't have the time to wait.  (That's why the car was dropped off to begin with)  Again, I decided to check the wheel nut torque knowing what happened the first time in for service.  You guessed it, over torqued again!!!!  One has to wonder how many Toyota's are driving around with over torqued lug nuts that will experience premature problems with brakes???
Bottom line is these guys are more concerned with getting cars in and out of service fast, and not quality of work.  I'm staying away from them!!!

The service was fast.  They washed the car and it ended up like newly out, nice and shiny and it looked like brand new.  I bought it a year ago.  I have been to dealerships before and you wait and wait and wait.  So I just thought that it was kind of nice that they get me in and got me out.  They explained everything clearly.

My car looked brand new when the service was done so I think that was good.  I called for an appointment and I was first in line.

I was fortunate to have Julio Compte and Joe Manning assist me in my purchase of a new car recently. Those salesmen are unlike any other car salesmen I have ever experienced. Both are knowledgeable, extremely helpful, patient and thorough. Never once did I feel pressured by either. They were considerate of my time to process information from other Toyota competitors. I always felt respected with my best interest paramount to the process. These two professional gentlemen are the very best in the industry.
My wife also purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago. We feel their service is top notch and know that if we have concerns or porbles Toyot of Melbourne will support us.

Big sales weekend.
Had some issues about sales and marketing methods due to lack of shared esoteric info before the sale, but all in all everyone did their best to make up for the after sale inconveniences and personal irritations, proving sometimes things just do not go as planned.and all parties just have to accept that and make the best of things.
I would do business with them again.

I was greatly surprised to call and be able to set up an appointment for the day and time I needed. Most dealerships don't let you pick the time and days you need they just tell you when to be there. I was only there for about 45 min. which was another great surprise.

Johnny G. in sales was completely rude and unprofessional. He told me he could locate the car I wanted, and then had to back pedal when he could not. He spoke completely to my mother, and would not acknowledge me, despite the fact that I was the car buyer and would be the only one on the title. I had to tell the dealership several times to remove me from their calling list, after I bought my car elsewhere. I felt like I was being harassed.
