Mike was super!!! This is a class act establishment...Truly TOP DOG! Not only did they change my oil, they checked my headlights, tire pressure and even offered me something to drink! I also received a coupon for a free car wash! But the best part of it all was dealing with a fine gentleman who work there. I definitely will be back and recommend anyone and everyone to go there!

My husband has a job that gets black soot all over the driver's seat. I challenged them to see if they could get the soot out, and the difference was amazing! I was very impressed with the effort they went to, and it was like getting into a new car (for which the interior had never undergone a detail before - it's a 2011). And better yet, they didn't charge me extra for the level of cleaning they had to do. We dropped the car off around 10am and picked it up at 5pm, so they had 7 hours to do the 3-hour cleaning. They were very professional. My only gripe was that the floor mats were still pretty wet when we picked it up, so we had to lay them out to dry when we got home overnight. But otherwise, it was money well spent and we'll definitely go back for this kind of service again.

It's hit and miss here. I don't know if it's when they're busy, and they get busy. They usually have a lot of staff working upward of 20 people and they move fast. But I get home and find dried bugs still on the hood, it's disappointing. For $13 to $17 it's better than a fully automatic car wash.

They were very friendly and professional. Advised us of service that we needed and didn't push to get things done immediately. Also, advised of services that were needed but could not be performed by them. Topped it off with a free car wash!

I wish I could rate them on car washes and oil changes seperately. I would give them an A for carwash and a D-F on oil change. They do well with the car washes and are very professional with the oil change but I had someone overtighten my oil pan bolt and sheered pan threads. To be fair I never called the Top Dog company to give them a chance to fix it. I figured I would have a hard time proving it was them. Top Dog did the oil change before it was discovered at the Honda dealership in Cocoa. The threads fell out as the bolt was removed. It was 135.00 to replace the pan.

Would never return or reco this company. A top of the line 3 hour inside detail turned into 6.5 hours. The carpets were shampooed well but that's it. The doors and dash board were only partially cleaned. Al in all a horrible job for the money spent. I had to finish the job by scrubbing and treating the dash and doors. The outside was wash not compete. They did not dry the vehicle and now there are water run streaks over the entire vehicle.

Top Dog was very good in detailing my car that had never been detailed in it's 7-yr history. The guys did a thorough job. Gave me a ride home and brought be back to pick up my car after detailing was complete; I live 10 miles away.

I spend anywhere between $15-$100 depending on the service. The service is very good and they are very consistent. I get the same results every time I go. They are very efficient. It's not cheap but it is a good value. I will continue to use them.
