I wasted time getting quotes anywhere else. i rent out a few properties in Melbourne and CB area and unfortunately have been hit a few times with terrible renters that can't pay and abandon the property with all of their items left in it (hoarder situation). I called around and got a few quotes for removal that were outrageous for the task in my opinion. I stumbled upon this business, called and quickly got someone out to give me a quote. A REASONABLE quote! Once he came out, he let me know he also did power washing if I wanted him to help with some cleaning that needed to be done in the shed out back where the tenant sadly kept a dog. He was friendly, informative, and a hard worker. I will be calling Todo Junk for work on my other properties going forward. They seem to be the only Junk Removal in the area that do QUALITY work without charging an arm and a leg!
