TIRES PLUS TOTAL CAR CARE

We called ahead to find a good time to come in. They told us to come in right then as they had lots of staff and few jobs.
They were able to determine the source of low power/odd noise (dying battery) very quickly. Last time we had gone in for an oil change we were told we needed to change tires soon (but not immediately). We went ahead and replaced the tires on this trip.
After given a quote for the battery (which included warranty) I called a couple of other places for price comparisons. The price for battery was very fair. We had purchased the brand/size tires before, so already knew those were a good deal. They were able to perform all the service the same afternoon.
Took my husband's car in that evening. It had also sounded odd and was dragging. They diagnosed a power steering pump issue and low brakes. Also replaced 4 tires. The prices were fair, but a little hard for us at the moment. We mentioned this to the mechanic, and he helped us find an online coupon that saved us $200.
We have been coming here for years and are always pleased with the timeliness and service. They are very clear about telling us whether something is a safety issue, will lead to further damage on the car, or is just an annoyance.

It was a simple oil change with an appt. Was in and out in less than 45 min. Did additional safety checks, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Very professional and courteous. And about $15 less than anywhere else I called. Most pleased!
