Excellent response to the website inquiry, quick turnaround on a quote, and the home was cleaned with 12 hours of that quote. The move- out cleaning included appliances and when it was finished, it was cleaner than when we moved in. 5 stars! Will use again.

He was very nice but came in with a vacuum cleaner that smelled so foul I had to spray the house with Lysol after he left. Mopped floors with plain water (had hoped he would use floor cleaner to get the stink out) and failed to scrub around the kitchen sink. All for $160! Do NOT recommend.

"Hi Janice! Sorry if you believe the service was unsatisfactory. For starters, in over 11 years we have never only used water for floor cleaning purposes. We use a dual bucket system where we use a bucket with floor solution and a separate one for hot water to rinse and not track dirt. Also, all of our cleaners are instructed to consult with home owners after finishing to do a walk thru and make sure nothing was missed so if there were anything missing we would have addressed & tackled it there"
