THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. I HAVE ONE OF THE COMPANY OWNER'S CELL PHONE NUMBER IN CASE WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. I DON'T HAVE TO CALL ANYTHING TO THEIR ATTENTION BECAUSE THEY ARE USUALLY VERY WELL AWARE OF IT. THEY HAVE DONE THINGS THAT MAKE MY LIFE A LITTLE BIT EASIER. THEY PUT TIMERS ALL OVER FOR AN AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF.
