Catering Service
The entire operation was handled smoothly and everyone was very punctual with the promised set up and delivery times. As our volunteers were setting up, we did notice a problem with quite a few of the dishes being unwashed from a previous event. I called Chef Cathy and she sent Diane over 2 hours earlier than planned to clean and complete the set up. Diane was very professional about it and managed to make the dirty dishes a "non-event". We had opted for a Chicken Parmesan and stuffed shells meal with marinara sauce. The food was attractively plated and tasted just great!
The entire team of the Christian Culinarian handled the entire evening with tact and professionalism, working with our middle school children who did the actual delivery of each plate.
The event feedback has been resoundingly positive from the dishes right through to dessert! The dirty dishes, which disturbed us at first, became a forgotten issue by the end of the day, thanks to the high standards exhibited by Chef Cathy, Diane and the entire team at Christian Culinarian!
