The whole process was very smooth. We had a wide variety of options with regards to color and the type of finish we wanted. The work was done on time as promised and they left the area very clean when they were finished. All personnel involved were very professional and organized.

They have always been great and are pretty good. They changed a pump for me one time and also worked on my pool deck. They are friendly and give advice easily; they know what they are doing.

I never knew if or when they came for the weekly service as they never left any invoice. I was not satisfied with the cleaning and asked about what looked like mold on the pool walls/floor. A tech came out and looked at the pool. I was told we would need to drain, clean and possibly re-surface the pool. I contacted another pool company in the area and after talking with them I hired them to take over our pool maintenance and to clear up the mold issue. I would not use or recommend The Swimming Pool Center at this time.

"That's surprizing! Mrs. [member name removed] was referred to us, as she mentioned, by her family members who have been valued customers of ours for years & still are. As we do with all of our customers, we left her a service sheet that showed test results & work done each visit. Our visits were routinely the same time & day fo the week unless the weather delayed us. She did have metal stains in her pool which is very possible for pools to have due to numerous natural reasons. We suggested an acid wash ( involves draining the pool water ), or an acid bath ( without draining the pool water ) to treat the stains. What's not surprizing however, is the stain treatment method used to treat her pool stains is exactly what we recommended. While we enjoy an impecable reputation that we developed over 45 years of experience, we also know that we are human. We appologise for any shortfall we had and wish Mrs. [member name removed] the best."

It rained the day they were to start, so they started the day after. I was told the job would take about a week. The pool was drained on the start day and grinding began the day after. They bond coated the pool two days after grinding started and took one afternoon to pour and trowel the resurface concrete. It looked beautiful from the start. It took a couple of day to refill the pool and they left me with daily brushing instructions and then to add a cup of acid every other day. They were very professional, taught me alot about my pump, explained everything I asked and were clean and neat upon completion.
