My Malwarebytes program would not open and was infected. I have used Steve in the past and he is awesome. I called on Monday and he came by the next morning. It took him an hour to correct the problem. He even added another free program to clean the computer. He knows what he's doing and is fair with his prices. And the fact that he makes house calls is so convenient.

Steve did a great job restoring my computer to the way I had it before Windows and a virus messed it up!  Thank heavens for Mark AND he comes to your home so you can make sure everything is connected and working perfectly.

Steve removed the malware (which had a threat (requesting $200.00 to remove with FBI warning and barrel of revolver pointing out if you can imagine). He installed malwarebytes free edition -- the virus protection I had wasn't sufficient. He is very knowledgeable, has worked on my neighbors computers also. He comes to your house and if he can't repair it there he takes it with him and in a couple of days he returns it.

I will definitely use him in the future for any computer problems.

Steve Swift is amazing! He really knows what he's doing and explains it all as he's going through the process. He came to my house and spent almost 2 hours here, all for $95.
