Joe English worked with me to gather my requirements and implemented the solution he designed. He installed four 3mp cameras, an HD DVR, power supply, monitor and connected the DVR to my TV. He also installed and setup the app on my phone so I had remote access to view/record video. There's a one-year warranty on labor and 3-year warranty on parts. Had an issue with one camera after hurricane Matthew and Joe replaced it free-of-charge. Last I checked, he is licensed.
