We had a white picket fence installed around our house. Reyan and Marlon were the installers. They did a beautiful job. They completed it in 1 day and worked non stop. I would highly recommend Superior Fence and if you can request Reyan and Marlon as the installers.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, period! Nothing but a bunch of liars, worst customer service. I have experienced in quite some time. Do not make the same mistake. I did by signing a contract with this untrustworthy company.

Everything went great from the original visit to help me decide on what I needed to the process of installation. David did my installation. He was friendly, polite and extremely efficient. Everything looked great when he finished.

Reyan & Marlon did a great job. I had a large yard, lots of fence. Not only was it a very professional job, but they went above and beyond to use fill-dirt on the low spots to ensure no dogs escaped.

Superior Fence and Rail not only delivered on their promise, they arrived a day early! From the beginning , when Dee came out to give us an estimate, she was thorough, courteous and professional. The guys that came out to do the work, Timothy, Max and Marcus were also courteous and professional. They worked hard throughout the day until they were finished the job.

David and Daniel were clear and concise on what they were going to do. They were very professional and informative. Whenever I had a question they took the time to answer me and asked me if I had any other questions do not hesitate to ask.

They handled everything from the permitting to the design specs and ground layout, the sales consultant was Sammy Day, and she is a stellar professional, and most pleasing to work with, our installer was Jim, and he is a perfectionist. I've seen many fence installs at our community and can say without a doubt that Superior Fence and Rail is the best company to contact for a professional installation.

WOW! We just had our vinyl fence installed by Reyan and Marlon. Originally, we were told it would probably be a one to two day job. Reyan and Marlon were incredible. My husband and I are still amazed at how quickly, efficiently and thoroughly they not only removed the existing fence we had but installed the new fencing and hauled off everything in one day. If we could give them 10 stars we would. They are the most hard working and professional installers we've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are a true asset to Superior Fence & Rail. Our entire experience with this company was positive. We highly recommend them.

Abdel and Bryan did a great job. Fence lines were perfectly straight and level. One neighbor has already commented how beautiful the fence is and asked who did it. Of course I directed him to Superior Fence. Thanks to Tony who developed my quote and drawing I used to get HOA approval.

Timothy worked VERY HARD in the heat with some help the first and last day..The fence came out very well. I have seen them do my neighbor's fence, and they did a great job. I also did some research and this company is indeed a superior fence builder. I recommend them highly.

From the initial estimate process with Delisa, scheduling the project with Stephanie through completion, I am very pleased with the results. Reyan and Marlon showed up early, explained the process, they were amazing and performed a professional installation. I was impressed how fast and efficient they were on the installation, they are a great team, answered all my questions and kept me informed on what was going on.

This job was performed without a hitch. Professionalism at its best. The installers Reyan and Marlon worked until the job was done. No time was wasted. They were prompt and punctual.

This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! They have a monopoly currently but after Covid they will not and then many dissatisfied customers will choose someone else. I received a drawing and an estimate for the installation of a short side fence and gate. It cost a whopping $3,000. Halfway through the job I went to check and found they were going to install the gate at an angle instead of at true level. That was not the way the estimate and drawing showed, and it was NOT what I wanted nor what I turned in to my HOA for approval. A 63 year old woman, I had to dig out the ground to allow the gate to be true level. When I asked the owner/manager to adjust the price for the labor I had to put in, my request fell completely on deaf ears and a dance around the question began and continued to the end. In fact I was told that if I did not pay the bill in full, he would put a lien on my property. My satisfaction with the job they did was NOT a concern for this man. Many dissatisfied customers will choose someone else after Covid when there are more companies to choose from!!!
