Unfortunately, by the time we went to contract and received your deposit the ship date fell within the Christmas week when both the manufacturer and our offices were closed. However, this was communicated to you multiple times via phone and email. It was our sincerest desire to help you complete your project and therefore made every attempt to help you stay on the timeline you were on. When our efforts to make that happen did not work out, we were happy to return your entire deposit with a letter of apology and a gift card. We did not charge you for any of the work that was performed including cleaning up prior contractors concrete block debris left from their demo, framing up and pouring threshold of opening per contract. You are correct, we have been working on the East Coast of FL for over 20 years. Within that time we have strived and maintained an excellent reputation in all communities along the Treasure Coast.
