Although the production of the windows ran late (pandemic issues) the company went out of their way to get my install done quickly! The installation crew was professional, efficient & personable. Juan, Miguel & Spencer worked great as a team and all aspects of the demo and install were explained. At the end of the job they walked me through the inspection, operation and maintenance of the windows. I couldn't be happier with choosing Sunset View and will use them for my remaining windows when the time comes.

Very impressed with the nice looking door! The construction team (Doug and 2 other men) are true professionals and even cleaned everything up inclusing washing the door! They were fast, on time, courteous, so much so that my neighbor texted me and commented what a great crew I had over. How cool is that? Very happy with my new door.

Several interior window surrounds were left unchaulked. Multiple Calls to the office are required to even get a mediocre response. Consistently I was told “someone will call you”. The sales process led me to believe they were committed to excellent customer service. Customer service stops once the deposit check is cashed.

I initially paid 2750 down and agreed upon a due date. He could not come through with window so offered a substitute that he had in stock. Once he finally came through, the door he put in was not hurricane proof as promised. I was lucky enough to get my money back. Please do some research and get other estimates. Do not learn the hard way like I did. I have since had all my windows and doors replaced, at a much cheaper price and am extremely happy with the quality and price of the work I had done.

"Our sincere apologies that we were unable to meet your request to receive your product from our manufacturer in the time frame you originally requested. Unfortunately, by the time we went to contract and received your deposit the ship date fell within the Christmas week when both the manufacturer and our offices were closed. However, this was communicated to you multiple times via phone and email. It was our sincerest desire to help you complete your project and therefore made every attempt to help you stay on the timeline you were on. When our efforts to make that happen did not work out, we were happy to return your entire deposit with a letter of apology and a gift card. We did not charge you for any of the work that was performed including cleaning up prior contractors concrete block debris left from their demo, framing up and pouring threshold of opening per contract."

I called Sunset view to replace three bedroom windows and repair some water damaged sheathing and stucco. Robert was quick to come out and give us an estimate for repair. He was very polite and courteous. He was one of the few contractors willing to replace the windows and repair the exterior wall. The work was done on time and I was very impressed with the end result. We will be hiring Sunset View to replace some front windows and install some hurricane screens in the future.
