We chose Jason after getting several quotes from different dock builders. Jason's price was reasonable, but his ability to help us decide on the design and finish was very impressive. Once construction began he showed up on time every day and stayed with the job until complete. The finished product was amazing! The construction and attention to detail is first class. We have had several people ask us about the dock and even had another dock company come by in their boat in order to take pictures. Jason returned a few weeks later to ensure we were satisfied and even replaced a few boards that didn't meet his specs. Something I didn't even notice, but he didn't like the "look" of a few boards.

This was the second time we have had Sunset perform work for us.  Jason is forthright, responsive and professional.  He and his crew do good work.  The "little things" just seem "right".  In our seawall repair, they were extra careful to leave the lawn looking good after tearing it up to install tiebacks.  The quality of their work was considerably higher than that done by one of their competitors for my neighbor.  The concrete anchors are larger and set further back, and the lawn was left in better shape.  
Sunset also built a dock and boat lift for us around 2012.  Again, the price was reasonable, the design was solid, and they seemed to get the "little things" right.  Sunset will continue to get my dock and seawall business.
