Home Inspection
Derek arrived promptly and was very professional, patient, polite and thorough. The reporting form used was well-detailed, included photos and was completed in a very timely manner. He sent copies to our insurance company as well as to our personal email account. Any questions we had regarding items in the report were answered completely and to our satisfaction. Derek did an excellent job. Please note the actual work was done in Nov. 08.
