Tom Stollard and his staff walked me through the steps I need to take, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, ironed out all of the snags, and had all of the piles of paperwork in order & ready to go when it was time for the final signing. I recommend this company highly and would definitely use them again. Closing on a house is never an easy process, but Tom made my experience as pain free as it possibly could be.
