"The online order was placed on 7/11/18 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaned, (4) 9x12 synthetic area rugs cleaned and 1 room of carpet to be deodorized. You then called on 7/13/18 and asked if there was an additional charge for cleaning pet spots to which the CSA explained that there is an additional charge for deodorizer but you said "not for deodorizer so much as to clean the stains themselves". The CSA again stated the deodorizer is additional, but we don't charge to treat spots. You then told the CSA you signed up for 3 categories and asked her what they were because you couldn't remember, so she asked for your phone number and looked up the order. She went over what you had scheduled and the price and when you asked if that would be the price, she said as long as the sizes were correct that would be accurate. The CSA also changed the appointment to 7/23/18 as you had asked. We did the cleaning on 7/23/18. On 7/25 you called because you were unhappy with the price. I went over everything with you and explained that the difference in price was 1 - you had EVERYTHING deodorized, and 2 - the area rugs were wool and NOT synthetic. I pointed out that when you ordered this online that it states that "Wool, oriental and other fine rugs may require additional charges" to which you replied "I did read that". I also pointed out that when the job was scheduled that all 4 rugs had been entered as 9x12 however 2 were much smaller so the technicians adjusted the price down based off the actual sizes of the rugs that were cleaned. At that point you stated that we had not done a good job on the area rug and you only wanted to pay the $255.00. I offered 2 times to come back out and re-clean any areas you had a problem with at no charge to which you declined. I explained that the information that had been put into the computer was different than what you actually had and wanted done and therefore the price had to change. We record and keep all of our phone calls as well as the original online booking information so that if there are every questions regarding an order we can find out what happened. In this particular case we made it as clear as possible and went over the changes with you BEFORE they got started so that you had an opportunity to make any changes regarding what you wanted and the price. When Jessica called on 7/30 she also offered to come back out at no charge to go over any areas you had a problem with, and again you declined. If at any time a customer is not happy with our prices they may choose not to have the work done and there is no charge for us having come out. That is, and always has been our policy. We ALWAYS try to keep our customers happy and stand behind our work."

I don't have carpet anymore so I won't be using them. I have a lot of furniture and they moved all the furniture back for me. I thought I would have to move it, but I didn't. Their quality was good.
