SPRINKLER REPAIR INC

The installation seemed to go fine and we were satisfied. But about 2 weeks later we realized the sprinklers were not coming on. After some investigation we realized the timer was off. We continued to investigate and realized all the wires the man hooked up were melted and burnt. We called to report the problem on Monday, April 24th and were told that no one could get out there until Friday. I was not happy with that. After you have paid for the work and there is a problem someone should make a beeline back out to correct it. My issue is with this companies customer service. When my husband balked at waiting until Friday her response was "well we do have other customers you know". She then says someone can come out on Wednesday but after 5pm. That was fine. Next we get a call that the man cannot make it Wed. he will be out Thursday morning instead. They send a man (not the man who put it in) who clearly had no idea what was wrong. He then tells me that the man who installed it would be out on Monday, May 1st. Ok, so now we are waiting a week. We get a call that the man will be out between 8:30 and 9:30. At 10:00 no man, so we call, "oh, he had an emergency, and then went to his 1st call". Excuse me????? Weren't we his 1st call? Apparently not. At 11:30 I call and proceed to ask if this is the way they generally conduct business, not taking care of customers. We have an issue that no one seems to address. Susan proceeds to tell me very arrogantly that "we stand behind our work", and I say apparently not. She then hands me off to an office manager who when I ask is this your usual way of conducting business hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. So my issue is with the way this was handled. We were not upset about the wiring issue, as we know sometimes things happen. But to be treated like we were some sort of problem they didn't want to deal with is totally inexcusable. Last time for me.

We called them out over a week ago to come and check out our sprinkler system since we recently had landscaping done and wanted to make sure that all our plants and lawn were getting water.
We were cancelled on three times. The third time was today, they were supposed to come out at 3pm today but called us at 12:30pm today and told us if we couldn't make it home in the next half hour or so then they would have to reschedule the appointment. We just told them to forget it since this would be the 3rd time they would be rescheduling on us. They are extremely unprofessional and can't seem to keep appointments.

I made an appointment for Monday, October 20, 2014, at 8:00 a.m., for Sprinkler Repair to come and service my sprinklers.  At 6:43 a.m., I received a call saying that the guys were running a little late for my 8:00 appointment would 9:30 be ok. At 7:47 am I got another call saying it would be 10:30 am. After looking at reviews I just cancelled the call.
