I feel ripped off . What should have taken a hour took 2 and half hours . They left the front door open and rain came in and soaked my front area and left lights on in the rooms after the work was done Was not told it would be 3 percent more for credit card use .Had to use checking account to save money. Was not planning to use checking account. I will NEVER use this company again

I would never recommend them. I was charged a service call for $115 dollars, and I was told that would apply to the estimate of the service. I was at my condo with their technician. 2.5 hours later he found no leak, had no clue of what was wrong leaking. I lost my tenants, they moved out, and on the service paperwork provided to me by one of their employees said that there was not leak found. I had had to hire another pluming and there was a leak, massive issue with the main line that was feeding my washer and dryer combo set, I requested many times for them come out again, they kept saying they would call me back, nothing happens. At the end I requested a refund for the service as their technician never provided me with an estimate to repair, nor could find the issue. They said they would not refund. I will be disputing with my bank and the BBB. Would never recommend anyone to use them.

Arrived timely within the 2-hour window. Had to cut the concrete wall to get to the leaking pipe. They do not fix the wall, nor did the technician have a recommendation to do this. Did fix the pipe leak but due to old pipes, ended up having to vent to outside (instead of to the roof). Would recommend this company for prompt friendly response. But knowing outside wall and old pipe, think I might should have gotten a second opinion to see other option for venting and walls.

Plumber was helpful and explained everything

David came to find and fix a leak under the floor. He found the leak under the floor and had to make a hole in the concrete. After fixing the leak, he replaced all the dirt, poured new concrete and replaced the floor tile. â Good as new, nothing to see here.â He cleaned up the mess around the area where he worked.

David was prompt and diligent both times he came out. He was as quick as the tasks would allow. Great work!

David was my tech to install a new water heater, expansion tank and replace all lines. He did a excellent job. Sent my brother, who is a plumber, pictures of Davids work and he was impressed. David was on time and very good at his work. Josh was the person in the office I dealt with. He was also very helpful and professional. I was charged the quoted price even though it took longer than scheduled. I have nothing but good things to say about David, Josh and SPR plumbing.

Danell (not sure of spelling) who answers the phone, is very friendly and professional. She made sure we were taken care of promptly as we had no water. David and another guy came over and fixed our leaking pipe. Also installed new turn off valves. Job was done well and the price was right. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Repairman showed up a little early and started working right away. The whole process took less than an hour. I noticed that after the repairman left that the stopper to the disposal was missing. The old one doesn't quite fit so I'll probably go online and order a new one.

Plumber came out to give an estimate. I never heard back from them despite me calling back twice. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing.

The work got done but there are three things not pleased with. 1. THE CAPS THAT GO OVER WERE THE Toilet seat bolds to floor won't go over, because the stem is to high. 2. The corner of my new vanity counter got chipped. 3. 3x had to leave to get parts which added to two day job and the cost was not correct.

We hired this company to fix a clogged shower, the tech was out here for a few hours snaking it, took off the toilet and now it's clogged again a few days later and now the toilet is leaking which it was't doing before, and it's now leaking through the wall in a completely different room, UPDATE, they came out today too fix the issue, at the moment it is fixed, time will tell if it stays that way..
