This company made false promises to get us to accept their tree trimming services, the company owner Alex refused to stand by those promises, then lied by saying that he'd make it right then later refused to do so. They knocked on doors in my neighborhood unsolicited, pressuring people to trim their trees. Initially, the salesman gave pricing of $1100 for 3 palm tree trimmings. I declined due to the high price and because I was considering getting rid of our trees, but their salesman pressured hard, knocking down the price repeatedly, throwing in other trees to be trimmed, and GUARANTEEING me twice that we wouldn't have to worry about branches hitting our roof for over 2+ years after they did a "special cut" on the palm trees that limit their growth. We were taken advantage of. $750 for a job that took ~15 mins. Just 4 months later, it was clear we'd been lied to as the tree was already on the roof again. Upon calling owner Alex and sharing what his salesman told us, he was very demeaning over the phone, treating us like idiots for believing what his salesman told us and for not knowing how fast these palms grew (being new to the area). With great reluctance & verbal condescension, Alex told us he'd come trim the trees again next time they were in the area. But this too was a lie. When I followed up after 2 mos of hearing nothing, he renegged on his promise and refused to do it, calling me names, acting highly confrontational on the phone, and accusing me of trying to get free work which I've never done in my life and found very offensive. These actions are what I'd associate with a company who cares nothing about the customer once they have their money. I'm in disbelief over the his disrespect and refusal to make this right. I'll never do business again with a company whose salesman and owner lied, that uses high pressure salesmen tactics, shows zero regard for the customer, and won't stand by their work. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company in my life, and I'm sharing this to help others avoid the same experience. With so many other landscaping companies around, I kick myself for believing their salesman and wish I'd taken my business anywhere else.

He did some pressure washing, and tree trimming. It went great and they left everything clean.
