Avoid. Over 4 serious and significant issues deteriorated significantly in the last 8 months requiring frequent intervention of route manager. Let them go because issues got beyond their control and a few dead/dying plants. Needed a fresh set of eyes; got inspections from two other locally-owned companies who came to the same conclusion. Hired one on the spot. And I saved $50…It’s obvious the customer suffers at the expense of owner Steve Lum’s excessive advertising budget.

We spoke to them originally in getting the weeds under control and that was our main objective. As months went by, the weeds were still there and getting worse in areas. I addressed with the tech and called the office to no avail. I wanted someone other than the tech to come out and address our issues. Then we started geting brown patch. Called about that too along with weed issues. No-one ever came out to address issues. All's they did was send the tech. I even sent the main guy Floyd an email to address issues with our lawn and never got a response. No-one ever called back to find out exactly what was going on. Floyd came out to check out or lawn and give us an estimate originally.. He told us to make sure to keep in touch with him about our service if we were not happy and he would take care of. He totally ignored our calls and emails. Do not use them. I know other people in our neighborhood got rid of them too. FYI, the chemicals they use directly out of the truck is watered down so you are not getting the full strength as you should and paying for. When he walks around with th back pack sprayer, that chemical is the 100%. Was told to me by a couple of their technicians.....I just attached a couple of photos. Ants are gone and they have checked several times to insure issue resolved. They also responded to another issue we were having on a next day appt.

When I called, everyone was courteous and I was able to get an appt that fit my schedule. The initial inspector told us exactly what was going on and our technician came to treat our home 4 days after. The technician even came back by our home two weeks later to retreat the out side of our house because it rained shortly after he did the initial treatment and he wanted to ensure his work.

I like their responsiveness if there is any additional issues. Say if they come in and spray for bugs and then a week later you see a couple bugs around you call them and they will come out and take care of it. Their response to any questions you have, I really appreciate that.

I use them for pest control for the lawn and for fertilizing the lawn.

They do treatments for ornamentals, bushes, lawns, trees, you name it. Of course, they do the house for bugs for the house and stuff like that. They are good, I’ve used them for years. I’ve used them in buildings and commercially. They are reasonably priced and good. On the rear end since I have a problem, they come right out the next day. I pay them by computer. The price was fair, I don’t think anybody does it cheaper. They will in probably another couple of weeks and I will get another bill for $83 next time for another thing or whatever. They leave me a note.

I don’t have any complaints. The previous people who lived in our house used them so we just like keep it up. I mean if they did horrible work, I’ll find somebody else but they didn’t do that.
