SLEEPY HEADS INC

Purchased 2 beds, promised delivery delayed because second bed not available, finally delivered and installed one bed.  Weeks of promises later still no 2nd bed.  Stopped in to store to cancel the order, magically, the bed was now available and would be delivered next working day.  Later the first bed broke.  I fixed it but noted the bed did not have the right number of screws installed (too few) which undoubtedly contributed to the bed breaking.  These folks are cheap in price, quality, service and customer care.  I guess you get what you pay for, but even for a budget price, they should be straight with you and keep their promises.

I bought some living room furniture and when delivered the sofa was scuffed. I asked the delivery person to take it back to the store but they said he couldn't do that without manager approval. Of course the manager was not available. The delivery person took pictures of the damage and said the manager would call. After two weeks I had still not received a call but I went back to the store and the manager was still not there. I received a call the next day at which time I asked them to come and remove the furniture. The manager refused and said that was not the way they did business. Any damage was the responsibility of the manufacturer and not their problem. He said he would contact the manufacturer who would send me some fabric and could contract someone to fix it. I felt that this was not the way this should be dealt with but the manager refused to give me a refund. At that point he told me to feel free to call my credit card company but he was not giving a refund. My advice is to not buy from them and find someone who's business has a better customer service record.

We are still waiting 2 weeks later for a credit to show up on our account.
