I really liked everything about this company and all of the workers. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable on all they did. My floors look absolutely beautiful. I really appreciated all Jose did in accommodating us bc we were in a bind to get our floors done in a timely manner. Jose came on a Friday and started the job the next day. We truly appreciate his efforts in helping us. I highly recommend this company.

There is no one better for floor refinishing, they are the BEST

Several years ago Jose did a small floor repair for us. He was so kind and professional and I was impressed. When we decided to have new floors installed I contacted him. I was so glad to hear he was still in business and asked him to get us samples and a quote. He brought us the samples and worked up the quote. When it was outside our budget, he worked with us to find a product that fit the budget and we hired him. We have a large house so had to do the job in two phases as we stayed while his crew worked. The entire crew was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and did all they possibly could to take care of our belongings when they moved things. I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship and appearance of our gorgeous floors!

Service Max â joseâ was on time, showed up when he said he would, completed the work with in a few days of his promise( most importantly, it looks great, and I love it.) He also taught me a few things about the new flooring products. His team was polite, and every day they cleaned up their areas and took the trash out. My husband & I would hire Service Max again in a heart beat.

They were very reasonably priced. They did an excellent job and they did it in the timeframe estimated. Clean up was as if no one was there. What more can you ask for ? Jose is a gentleman.

We are in the process of restoring an old river house in Brevard County built in 1929. After 3 quotes we chose Service Max based on their referrals and the price was very competitive. Jose and his team were on time and worked the job as described. They were very thorough with very good attention to detail. Job took longer than we expected but that was discussed up front. The quality of the work was superb. I would definitely use Service Max again and will recommend them to anyone in need of hardwood floor restoration, refinishing or repair. Excellent work.

Working with Jose and his team was a great experience. He refinished and original parquet floor dating back to the sixties. Everyone who sees his work is astonished at what he was able to accomplish.... especially us. Everything was done on time and the daily cleanup reflects his integrity not only to his work but the individuals as well. He takes pride he takes in his work and explains every detail which again reflects his knowledge of the craft. We would easily recommend him.
