Excellent job. Responsive, timely, honest, no-nonsense damage assessment & repair recommendations, prompt & fairly priced estimate, timely project scheduling, very capable and professional crew who did the work as non-intrusively as was reasonably possible, and who CLEANED UP THE DRIVEWAY AND YARD EVERY EVENING AT THE END OF THEIR WORK DAY. The work looked great as they were doing it, and the finished product is excellent too. This team is head and shoulders better than most of the roofing crews who have been all over our neighborhood since the hurricane came through. Scott is a safe bet for high quality at reasonable pricing.

We recently used Scott Crawford Roofing at our home in Melbourne Beach, FLA. The experience was great. Scott Crawford Roofing, Scott Crawford (himself) and his assistant were extremely professional from beginning to end and did a great job on time and on budget. It is so easy to make a promise, but the tough part is delivering. Scott Crawford Roofing delivered 100% of his promise. Our communications via email, text and phone (I live in NJ, but my home being repaired is in FL, but I was onsite for the work) were concise and accurate. Day One started off perfectly (he called advising when he was arriving and asking about where to park). And, during the entire process they were professional and polite and, when finished, there were no surprises. The final product (old roof removed, repairs to wood rood and fascia, new shingles applied, etc.) was PERFECT and on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Scott Crawford Roofing to anyone.

Scott came out and did estimate.  Came back out with a helper and did the work himself.
This is the second time I have used him.  Previously he has patched a spot in the roof that was bad.
I will definately use him again to replace the whole roof, when it needs to be done.

Work started a week later than original scheduled. Once work began it became apparant that significant stucco repair would be required to replace damaged flashing metal. Contractor arranged for a stucco contractor to complete necessary repairs. Originally, the roof was to be completed in six days, but due to stucco work the schedule stretched out to 15 days.
Due to the steep roof pitch, old roof materials had to be thrown straight down on ground. Contractor caught all debris on plastic sheeting. Contractor cleaned up at the end of each day. Area around house was kept tidy.
Work crew was courteous and friendly. No profanity was heard on the job. Work was performed in a professional manner.

Had two quotes, and one no show. The quotes were similar in cost and what we would get done. Started on time, showed up on time and regular, and finished in a timely manner, until complete. Left no mess and easy to get a hold of for questions. Everyone that worked on our roof could speak English. If Scott Crawford could have done any better I wouldn't know how. Good Job!

We selected Scott Crawford to install our Decra metal roof after locating similar roofs within a 100 mile radius of our home. We talked to their owners and checked out the quality of workmanship. Scott's work was the only one that had the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail we were looking for. In addition, Scott enthusiastically supported opening up parts of the roof to allow us access into tight attic spaces to install insulation and electrical cable while his crew removed the old roof. Since our home was built in the forty's we asked him to brace gables and secure rafters to the walls for wind mitigation. We also asked him to level sagging portions of the roof and replace all the facia boards with a composite material so we never would have to worry again about the wood needing to be painted or replaced. All this preparation for the new roof was conducted and completed with the high level of care and attention we were expecting. Scott was amazingly thoughtfully at solving problems that would come up during the project. Previous home additions had left two portions of the roof with flat valleys. These were weak areas that always leaked and required repair. Scott solved this problem by installing large stainless pans that would be durable and last as long as our new 50 year roof. It was very reassuring to see him on the job every day with his crew ensuring everything was of the highest quality. But our biggest thrill was to watch him install the new metal roof. Everything had to be fitted and Scott left no detail to chance. His skill as a master craftsman was evident in everything he did. We are absolutely thrilled with the final product and couldn't be more pleased with not only the quality of his craftsmanship but the knowledge that it is solid as a rock. Never have we worked with a contractor that was so committed to making sure we were getting what we wanted. He addressed all questions and concerns to our complete satisfaction. We would completely recommend Scott Crawford without reservation. Once you see his work you will appreciate why he is in a class by himself.

It's apparent that Scott is a true professional and takes pride in his trade by the quality of his work and the extra touches that I did not expect, such as painting all of the plumbing vents to match the color of the roof and the low profile, shingled ridge vent which is barely visible, it blends in so well.

In closing, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Scott Crawford Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roof at a fair price.
