DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THESE PEOPLE! Horrible. Although they tuned the bike and fixed the gear shifter they were not careful with my bike and ripped a wire from my 12 year old and not-replaceable (There are none on E-Bay) Polar Power Bicycle Computer System from the rear derailer. When I picked the bike up, the manager asked me if the tech told me he ruined my computer on the message, which he did not (I double checked my messages). They did not offer any remorese, offer any credit towards a new computer or discount on the service provided and had the unmitigated nerve to tell me the wire was wrapped around the derailer which is was NOT or had not been for the previous 12 years. They did not even annotate the damage on the receipt. This is a not the way to treat a potential new customer. DO NOT TAKE YOU BIKE TO THESE PEOPLE.
