Thanks to Patty Teachman we were able to find our dream home with all the qualifications we were looking for. Patty went up and beyond to find us our perfect home to start our family in. Patty was the best buyer's agent I have ever had. I am 70 and have purchased several houses over my lifetime. She was what one would call a "realtor's realtor", an example of the best of the best. I was completely unfamiliar with the Melbourne, FL market. Patty brought me up to speed, it took me a few weeks just to understand the frenetic pace, decide what I wanted, and set the parameters in a website Patty shared with me. She LISTENS to her clients, every word, every aspect of what I was looking for even as I refined and sometimes changed my views of what I was looking for as I understood the market better and better. The first couple weeks was just narrowing the market, it finally came down to just two ZIP codes. Patty was patient and diplomatic, she would offer her views but she never ever pressured me into making a decision or pushing me in a certain direction. She is the only realtor I have ever had who allowed the client to completely drive the search for the right house even when at times it meant a lot of extra work on her part. Lists of specialists she provided which I needed during and after the purchase process were with rare exception first class in price and quality. Patty is a people person and that makes it easy to work with her even for difficult-to-deal-with- perfectionists like myself.
