Quality Air of Brevard Inc

I am thankful that I found out that Quality Air of Brevard was the installer of my Trane HVAC unit. They knew about my unit's warranty, and they fixed the most expensive coil unit replacement for the most reasonable quote out of the three companies I contacted. The first company, Climate Experts, claimed that a Trane rep told them that my unit did not have any warranty coverage because I was not the original owner. The truth is, my unit had 5 year base warranty and Quality Air told me that since I bought my house less than 90 days prior, I could call Trane directly and transfer the warranty to my name which extended the overall warranty period to 10 years. Good news! This is easy to recommend Quality Air.

We're very happy with what they do for us.  We've had them for several years and they're very good.  On price we got a bunch of quotes and they were very reasonable compared to everybody else.  They were very professional, courteous, and they did what they said they were going to do.  We never had a problem getting ahold of them and communicating with them.  From the time that we ordered it to the time they installed it was probably 2 or 3 weeks.  They left the area very clean and very tidy.  The workers were very courteous.  They always did the maintenance.  We tried several people when we moved into the house to do our yearly maintenance for our air conditioners and I liked them.  The guys seemed very professional.  They knew what they were doing. They were always very courteous.  They always dressed neatly and professionally.  So we had been using them for several years.  So when we got our air conditioners we got a few quotes and they were reasonable so we used them for that too.

All work went very well. Had to have new update to electric panel which the company handled. Owner came out and adjusted a/c in summer following the install and my a/c runs superb. I do regret that my a/c duct work was not changed out and updated as this will have to be completed in the future. however very happy to do have had Quality Air install my a/c.

There's nothing bad about them, but there's nothing outstanding or excellent. I have no complaints. Everything is running smoothly.

It went very well. They were very responsive, on time, and professional. The pricing compared to other companies was very good.

Jim was on time for estimation of job. The office coordinated with me as to convenient day for install. Workers arrived when expected and were polite and kept to their work. The work began approximately 8:30 AM and was completed by 3:00 PM. Jim, the owner, frequently popped in to see progress of work and check in with me. He was on it from start to finish.
