PRC installed 11 new windows in my home. The estimate was competitive and they even helped lower the price by showing me options available that other competitors didn't. The installers were very professional, installed the windows in the time they said they would. Excellent work & highly recommended!

These wonderful guys, especially Chris the foreman, took care of me even though I'm overseas, 10,000 miles away. They even did the job as quick as could be, as I had a tenant coming in. Great work, quickly done, reasonably priced. Who could ask for more, especially in Brevard County!?!

From Vincle quoting the house and Jim running the install they were completely professional, clean and helpful. Jim even came back and pressure washed out drive and side walk to make sure that there was no stains.

I am so happy with the work that PRC did for me in replacing my roof. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice! Everyone from Vinny to Zachary to the wind mitigation man who came yesterday. I was very pleased with everyone in the company. Vince was so nice that I think he could’ve sold me the Brooklyn bridge. He was so very kind and so thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend property renovations and construction to anyone looking for a new roof.

The folks at PRC just finished our roof, as well as the installation of a garage exhaust fan and solar tube for our kitchen. From start to finish it has been a very positive experience. The office staff are very pleasant, the sales was a no-pressure, straight forward fair and fact-based meeting. The best part was that despite the mayhem from Hurricane Irma, they started my job on time and finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time...and the roof looks fantastic! All of the workers were efficient, polite and professional. My wife and I are very happy with the end result and all with a fair price. It was the best investment we've made in years! Can't say enough!

We had a couple false starts due to hurricane Irma followed by a death in the family. We had to postpone two installation dates, but once things settled down we were guickly rescheduled. The two-man crew arrived at the scheduled and proceeded with the job. There were some significant issues with the French door, but they were handled professionally and cheerfully without extra charge. A large amount of stucco around the door had to be repaired and that was done quickly by another crew while we were out of town. Lorne and Kurt did an excellent job on the doors and windows. Lorne returned a few days later by himself to install the garage door and did a beautiful job of installing trim around the inside on what was a very challenging surface. One panel of the French door had the inside frame installed upside down, making it impossible to operate to blinds. It took too long, about two weeks, for the door vendor to come to remedy the situation. Once they got here the repair was quickly made. The project manager, Andy, was initially a little slow to respond to calls. That could be an effect of the hurricane. Once things got underway Andy was very responsive to both calls and texts and was easy to work. Everyone bent over backward to make sure the job went well. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend PRC to anyone in need of new windows or doors.

***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** I hired this company to install a brand new roof. Upon alleged completion, I had water intrusion, ceiling collapse, damage to the roof in an area where a tile was dropped, and a significant gape at the base of the chimney. I repeatedly attempted via phone and email to get them to return to the house in order to mitigate some of the damage because water was pouring in and the house was uninhabitable. It took them days to come back. Finally, they showed up and only after I mentioned the building inspector evening before. The company did acknowledged some of the defects and at least caulked the area along the base of the chimney stack. At this time, I have no resolution and a defective roof. I have been told they may be willing to do some of the repairs. However, this has not occurred at the time of this review. I am shocked at the low level of workmanship used to complete the job. I have had two roofing experts look at the roof and point out multiple defects in workmanship. Most glaringly of these defects is the complete absence of counter flashing noted by the two roofing experts and the Building Inspector. In addition, the customer service has been terrible. I have been told that they may need to do patches to correct the defects. When one pays for a new roof, you expect a new roof and not a patched and caulked roof. I admit this area has been hard hit due to the storms and roofers are in high demand. However, every customer deserves quality work and priority attention to their issues when defects have been found. This company may be good at other times of the year, but I would warn people to stay away right now. Property Renovations and Construction clearly are too booked to deliver excellent service. UPDATE: The company did come back and patched and flashed the roof. However, no one wants a patch on a new roof. They still haven't made right with all the damages incurred because of their omission of counter-flashing, which is elementary when performing this type of roof installation. The city has now inspected the roof and it did fail.

perfectly! they had told me it would take up to 4 days to replace 3 sliders (one was a 9 foot, three-panel slider which they replaced with a huge 2 panel slider) and 7 windows in my concrete block house...because half of the openings were original 1980's (single pane), i was warned during the review prior to the estimate that there might have to be some modifications to the openings, including cutting concrete block and tile flooring...but i bit the bullet because i knew i was losing a lot of a/c through the old windows...so the installers showed up on the assigned day...4 guys (daryl, lorne, alex, and joe) installed the 3 sliders on day #1 and no tile flooring needed to be cut...the 2 regular size sliders did have to have the block cut around the opening but it was quick and everything was covered and only a minimal amount of dust entered the house..on day #2, they arrived on time - just daryl and lorne - and ended up staying late to do all 7 windows...and no further cutting or grinding was needed...so the 4 day job was finished in 2...and the new windows and sliders are absolutely beautiful...and beautifully installed...the caulking and finish work was perfect...all the stickers removed and all glass and frame surfaces were spotless...oh, and in addition to being very talented installers, all 4 guys were really nice folks...and if you meet daryl, ask him to show you the pictures of the house he is building in costa rica...it is now on airbnb and i am going to rent it out sometime this winter...so i would trust these folks with my family and best friends...perfect workmanship, great product, expectations properly managed, and a very fair price.

Everyone I spoke with was very professional. From the individual who created the proposal to the roofer himself. Performed a very thorough inspection, more complete than other estimates I received. The roofer did excellent work, performed as contracted. Only downside was the time from signing the contract, until the work was performed (8 weeks). Some issues I could understand; working up the job board (2-3 weeks), finding a matching tile (2 weeks), etc. However there was very little communication when they ran into trouble finding matching tiles and issues came up about ordering them. Had 2 no shows when I was told the work would be performed (weeks 6 & 7). However each time I called to find out why, they were very responsive to the situation. It would have made it much better if they would have called to explain the delays.

good except there were issues with couple windows not working and one door never showed but the workers were clean and understanding with dogs going nuts all day. When there were problems with the order they were very accommodating making it up. They did accept less payment while waiting for the remainder of the replacements.

Right after the hurricane one of their reps (president of the company I think) was securing new business in my neighborhood. We signed a contract, and in about a week in late October one of their crews put on a new roof. The roofers did a good, fast job, and the roof seems to be holding out rain. We have had several hard rains since the installation. An issue not connected with the roof was that several pieces of soffit came down over my front door, and one of the supervisors, who happened by, said they could put it back up, but that since their crews were so busy with roofing that I would have to wait until the heavy work season was past. I waited until March, and called the office to set up a repair date. The office girl said she would have someone call me. No one called, so I tried at least four more calls to get a time, but no one has ever called. Today I called and the person in the office said they are no longer doing soffit work. Oh yes, they owe me a pack of shingles that they were supposed to leave at the completion of the job for future emergency repairs. No shingles yet. I know this might seem somewhat insignificant, but it has a bearing on their follow-up practices. I wonder how they follow-up on leaks after an installation. Frustrating.

I am pleased to acknowledge the excellent professionalism and performance of Property Renovations and Construction on my new roof. I am 95-years-old with a 57-year-background in the construction industry. I was a construction superintendent for the last 26 years of my career, so I wasn’t a stranger to what the crew at Property Renovations and Construction were doing. The manner in which the roofing installers and project manager went about their daily tasks was superb. They seemed to not even need to speak to each other, everyone knew what the other one needed to do. I can’t stress enough how everyone at Property Renovations and Construction worked it in a very professional manner. That’s a credit to this company. At inception, the estimator, Keith, listened to what I had to say and he was very instrumental in helping me choose the best roofing products. Keith helped me pick out the design and color of my new shingles. The crew sent to do the work was very timely and efficient. I was able to convey to them the interest that I had. The project manager, Forest was very professional also. Forest was very particular about keeping me knowledgeable with the schedule with every step. I can’t say enough to how wonderful the professionalism at Property Renovations and Construction remains to be. The overall performance of Property Renovations and Construction exceeded my expectations in terms of communication, sense of urgency, flexibility, and professionalism. First of all they need to get a dictionary and look up the word communication because they have no idea what communication is! I would call an ask to talk to someone leave a message and very rarely get a call back. If you use this company be prepared to not know what is happening or when something is going to get done or when they will show up. Also they lie a little bit, when I signed the contract I was told by Keith (the estimator) 40% up front and 60% due when the job is completed. I gave him the 40% and after they did the roof ( still waiting on the soffit, fascia and the aluminum enclosure to be done) Keith came looking for another $6980 which the contract doesn't say anything about, but they tie it in with the release for the roof. I had to wait for the rest of the work to get done, I called never got a call back, call again and Keith says what's up just ignores the fact I have been waiting 4 days for a call back. I called and talked to Amanda who is supposed to know what's going on according to Keith on a Tuesday morning and asked what's going on, when this was going to get done she told me she would get together with Chris and call me back that afternoon or the next day Wednesday I'm still waiting for that call!! When you say something to them about not communicating they say it's not like that and sorry that's supposed to make everything better. This is one of the worst companies i have ever worked with. The only person who called when I left a message was Chris the person in charge of doing the aluminum enclosure. He seems to be the only one at that company that knows what communication is. I would not and could not and will not recommend this company.

I chose a general contractor instead of a stucco contractor because I was concerned about possible repair of flashing being needed before reapplying stucco. The stucco repair which covered about 100 square feet blended well with the old stucco pattern. Primer was applied and two coats of paint after the stucco repair. It has been leak proof for these last 6 months. All subcontractors were excellent. Concerning management, scheduling of work was not so good, and a down payment was demanded way too early.
