Pressure Washing by Mike Schwab

Very professional, on time, and looked great when done.

 First we had him pressure wash the driveway. Mike's process incorporates a strong solution containing chlorine  which kills mold and goes down into the pores of the concrete to prevent the mold from growing back.  He then uses a large surface scrubber to make sure that the driveway is consistently clean. His process is very gentle to the concrete and produces fantastic results  my driveway has never look so good in 20 years.  A month later I had Mike's company pressure wash my house. Once again he uses a special solution which is applied and then cleaned off With gentle pressure. The results were amazing, the soffits looks like new and mold on the painted stucco is completely gone. The paint looks fresh and renewed. When I get the house painted in the future,I will use hi surface to ensure a really good paint job. Mike's employees are very careful and do a great job. This is some of the best money I have ever spent.  Mike Schwab might cost slightly more than other pressure washers, but he has a much more effective and gentle process, which protects your property and will last longer.

He was here 15 minutes early; asked us to move our cars because the wind was blowing and he did not want to get his chemicals on our vehicles; and he took less than 1/2 hour to complete the roof. It now looks like a new roof.

I have solar panelling on my roof and they were very careful with those. I was overall satisfied.

Driveway and sidewalks were NOT completely cleaned - sent emails and pictures to Mike- he said that his crew would
Come by and see what they could do the next time they were in my area. That was 4 weeks ago, and I have heard nor seen

Great! The came on time, were very professional and did a great job. The driveway had a lot of dirt engrained in it. They had some special chemicals that they bring with them that works wonders.
They even did the gutters, without me requesting them to do so.
I've seen other driveways in the neighborhood that were done with just water and pressure washing and they still looked dirty.
These chemicals and high powered hoses really did a great job.
The men came on time and were very professional. If I need to have anything else spray washed, I'll be sure to contact them.

Went very well

Mike previously gave me a quote on the phone of the price. He was amazing. He figured out the price by going into the internet and locating our house. He could tell how much work was involved. I told him that I'd get back to him, as I had a couple of other contractors that were coming to give me a price. I think the price was a fair price for the job.
I spoke to Mike on Monday, August 19th to set up an appointement for his men to come out to pressure wash all of our cement. He said that his crew was going to be in my area on Tuesday, August 20th to do a large job, would it be OK for them to come by in the afternoon to do my little job. That was fine with us.
On Tuesday around 11:00am, 2 men that worked for Mike came with this big truck which had big tanks with the fluid in them for the job. They were very personable and thorough. They did everything they said that they would do, I happily gave them a check for their work.
While the men were working on my property, a neighbor came by and talked to the men. Of course, I didn't know what they were saying, but after they were finished they turned their truck around and went down the street, so I'm assuming that he wanted them to do some work for him also.
My husband and I are very happy with the work that they did, and will certainly contact Mike Schwab 1st thing for any future pressure washing that is needed around the house.

The entire experience was great. Kerry and his assistant were on time, pricing was what he quoted me on the first visit. He and his assistant did more then expected.
My neighbor saw him working on all three houses(mine, my sisters, and my mothers) and like his work so much that he ask him to do his house when he was finished...
Would recommend him to everyone.

He is a big guy. He does a good job. He is fairly priced. One of the gutters has been missed, I called him, he came back and he took care of it. There is no problem. He does a lot of work in our park. He is very reasonably priced. In terms of professionalism, he should have checked behind his men.
