Would definitely use again and recommend to my friends. Rob came recommended by a co-worker last year when the a/c at my rental house in Sanford went bad. Even though he's based in Melbourne, he drove out to Sanford to put in a new unit at a very fair prices (I had other quotes). He even put in a nice slab to keep it level. The tenant has not had any complaints about the heat or a/c since he put it in a year ago.

I wasn't sure if he'd make the trek just to do an annual maintenance, but he did and was very pleasant about it (especially considering it's prime a/c season because it's getting hot). His wife handles the scheduling and they are both very pleasant and easy to work with. A mom and pop shop who really cares about keeping their customers happy and doing quality work.

These folks had been recommended by a friend. they came when they said they would. They repaired the AC at a very reasonable cost. Left area clean. Were polite and professional.

I have a 1930 rental house in Sanford, Fl. It is wood frame, on blocks, so the a/c ductwork is under the house. The a/c unit is called a package unit, meaning it has one exterior unit and nothing inside, like what would be used in a trailer home.
Rob and his crew showed up on a Fri to check the unit. After they determined that it was not repairable, he came back the next day with all the equipment needed to install a new unit. The installation went quickly, and my boyfriend stopped by to see how it was going. The repairman explained every question and did not belittle anyone for not putting a/c filters in for years. The work was done in roughly 3 hours (I'm estimating because I wasn't there myself).
Polar Air is based in Melbourne, where I live, so I was thrilled that he drove to Sanford to do this work. It's about an hour drive each way.
My boyfriend was so happy with the service and professionalism that he hired Polar Air to do the annual maintenance on his a/c unit.
