It was a free service. It has been very good. I have got a variable speed pump and they gave me a 3 year warranty on it, parts and labor, so on and so forth. I have been using them since 2009. Generally speaking, because most of my equipment is set up outside, I don't even have to be home. They come in, do the work, fix everything up and they go. They are very professional, friendly and very responsive in terms of answering any questions I might have.

after having a bad experience with another pool service company Pinch a Penny of w melbourne was recommended to me, I contacted tBrad and explained what I wanted to do and it was done. Great Job.

Their service calls have always been made when they have scheduled them with me, I have had no No-Shows with them, when the job has taken more time than anticipated they spend the extra time and got it done before leaving, didn't leave me half complete like some service companies and drag it out two or three days. When they serviced my DE filter and found the DE grid head was cracking and unrepairable they made multiple trips for parts but got the job done over a full day, even though they had just scheduled me for a routine 2 hour job.
