They did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them. I would hire them again as well.

We had one incident where we left them a message and they just wouldn't call back, wouldn't call back. They were highly recommended by our builder. I finally got hold of them they said, "Okay, we'll give you a bid," which they did. We tried to arrange a time for them to come out, but they weren't super flexible and it was right before the Thanksgiving holiday. What happened was, they said, "Okay, call us back and let us know if Monday after Thanksgiving is okay." I called them back at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday and they were gone. Then we missed that opportunity for the Monday after Thanksgiving, and then I called them back and I said, "Okay, when can you guys come out again?" They asked me, "When you are available?" I said, "We're available either this Friday or in two weeks from Friday." So they said, "Okay, we'll call you back the day before Friday, which is Thursday, and it might be this Thursday or it might be two weeks from Thursday." So, we're going to drop them. They're kind of done, we're not going to deal with them. So we're going to find somebody else. They obviously didn't want our business. So, I would not recommend them to anybody. They just didn't want to play the game of setting up an appointment to come out. So they're done. To their credit, they did come back with a bid and they did seem like they were competent. But, it has been like a month now and we haven't gotten anything out of them. They're pretty pricey.

Called for quote estimate but request must have fallen through the crack, never heard anything back after. Called again a couple of weeks later and got the quote promptly, and subsequent date/time schedule. The price was reasonable and consistent with their competitors. They actually came a few days sooner than expected. Bo" shared the workload with a female tech, a hot and humid day. They were neat and quick, did a wonderful job. I am super happy with their work. Will not hesitate to use again, or will track Bo down if he leaves their employ.

Office dispatched tech and quot;Boand quot; with a female tech same afternoon called. Quick and efficient with very good commo skills, no charge. Was also able to consult with Bo regarding potential of future install yard lamp post with buried connection to subject GFI.

I called for a quote and they got back to me in a fair amount of time. I agreed on a the price and we set up a date to do the work. They showed up right on time and went over the job with me then went to work. They worked until complication and cleaned up when they were done. Very professional, courteous, neat.
They did exactly what the job was and I have no complaints.
I would recommend them to anybody.

The electrical system failed the first inspection. Peay's was immediately responsive and corrected whatever was wrong.
When we moved in we discovered that some ceiling fans and accompanying lights were incorrectly wired. Again they were responsive to our call and fixed the problem. Bo was the electrician who corrected the incorrectly wired ceiling fans and lights. He's also the man who installed the puck lights in our kitchen cabinet. Bo is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable.
I find it scary, however, that an electrical system installed by a company licensed to do such things failed the inspection. I also think it's strange that licensed electricians incorrectly wired the ceiling fans.
If the only interaction we'd had with Peay's was Bo, I'd definitely give Peay's an A in every category above. Because of the failed inspection and the incorrectly wired ceiling fans, I can't do that.

They did the work and were polite and professional. I would use this company again without a second thought.
