"Unfortunately, I didn't ask the right questions and caused this confusion. We are able to get to quotes/estimates within a timely manner, but our scheduling for doing the work is a wait of 3 months. And that didn't work for the customer, which is totally understandable. But what I should have asked first was where they were located. Right now we are unable to service this area because of the commuting distance and because of our backlogged scheduling. It had nothing to do with the size of the project. My apologies for your dissatisfaction."
