I originally nominated Nichols Painting , make did an excellent job. I still feel the same way. I have no idea why I keep getting asked this question

Mr. Nichols came out. He was kind of a one-man van. His name was Jake Nichols and he did a terrific job. He was expensive but I thought he was worth it. I was looking for an estimate he has given me for additional work. That was how I got his name.

Jake did an evaluation of our house exterior. We walked around and he showed us what he proposed to do and why. He presented us with a written estimate with all the details and the kind of paint that he would use.
The estimate was a few hundred dollars more than the other estimates we received, but his was the only estimate with 2 coats of paint and any kind of detail.
We are sure happy that we made that decision

Jake did a beautiful job. He has great attention to detail. He shows up, works, and leaves. We asked him for suggestions since he paints houses for a living and knows what looks good. All of his suggestions were spot on and our house looks beautiful.
He left us with an estimate to do the house interior. That's next on our project list.
