Installation went perfectly. Even though there were issues with home piping, they were able to do a perfect installation.

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend this company. My sewage system had backed up into the toilets, bathtub and shower in the other bathroom. My call was returned promptly. They fitted me into their busy schedule and were in contact the whole time. They arrived and repaired the problem fast and efficiently.

They had done work at my neighbors house, reworking a 55 year old bathroom. I called them to estimate the cost of replacing the remaining cast iron pipe running under the garage floor and to the street. Additionally, asked them to put in a fresh water storm drain to alleviate flooding in the garage.

After they called the county to mark the line, Mike came by to estimate the job. To replace the line to the street came in at $3000 including the storm drain. We agreed and set a date for work to commence.



They arrived on the scheduled day and began work. Right away, they discovered that the existing line from the street was PVC. So all that needed replacing was the cast iron under the driveway. Having replaced the interior drain lines, I knew that there was an 'S' turn in the existing line (2 90's) with a coupling from new PVC to old cast iron. They sawed through the garage floor concrete, put in a new straight PVC line from the interior coupling to the street PVC. They repaired the concrete, removed all the dirt and cleaned the garage floor.



They removed concrete from my sidewalk, dug a new trench for the freshwater drain line, installed the drain and 5and quot; PVC, repaired sidewalk while shaping the new concrete to a gentle slope.



They reduced the cost from $3000 to $2250 to account for the existing PVC.



In all, I'm very happy with the work they did. The workmen were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Had to cut tile to install new valve and new single lever fixture to current codes. I was just expecting to replace a twice repaired dual handle shower faucet. I wanted to change from chrome and brass to oil rubbed bronze. Could not find replacement of any kind for shower only faucet at Home Depot or Lowe's. Went to Aquadraulics and found out current codes require single lever due to issue of possibility of scalding. Purchased faucet and new valve and I asked for recommendation. They recommended Michael Angelo and I couldn't be more pleased. I have had numerous plumbing companies over the years and finally found one that I am comfortable recommending to my neighbors.

We did not plan on using a plumber in our remodel as the contractor told us he would handle the plumbing; however the contractor did not know how to install the toilets we purchased. My wife remembered that Laura Scott at AquaDraulics recommended Michael Angelo plumbing as familiar with TOTO so we called them. Jacquie quoted us a price and arranged for Stephen to come to our house and do the installs the next day. While he was here I asked him to look at the plumbing work that had been done in one wall because it appeared to me that the cabinet maker was going to have some difficulties given that the supply lines were run outside of the wall. Stephen looked at it and made arrangements to do the work the following Monday. It took him very little time and all pipes were put behind the wall.
Having seen the professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by Stephen I decided to call Jackie and ask that he do the plumbing trim even though this task was included in the contractor's quote. I also asked Jacquie to have Stephen look at the installation of the hand-held shower head and see if it could be moved to the other side of the shower. The contractor had said that it needed to be installed that way due to a vent pipe in the wall. Stephen cut a small rectangle in the wall behind the shower and moved the hand-held. Routing the drain for one of the sinks proved a little challenging but it worked well.

Excellent communications and knowledgable questions from Jacquie. Outstanding work from Stephen. Couldn't want more.

Michael Angelo Plumbing came to my home as I was remodeling my Kitchen. They were there when they were scheduled, did an excellent job at a very affordable price. The young lady that answered the phone and coordinated the job was outstanding. I would hire them again.

I like him, the guy was straightforward. He did a good job. They were here when they said they were going to be here. There is additional thing he did for us on some of the drains that you have for the bath top and lever problem and this fellow was able to fix it out and so we then had a working drain. They are professional in attitude and they had the necessary tools. They were efficient and punctual.

This company is awesome. Jacquie (coordinator) was great. She helped us make some decisions on valves, shower drain, etc. They even swapped out a wrong Moen valve for us even though we did not buy it from them. She was talking with me every step of the way. Our job turned out to be a 3 day job due to the timing of tile, etc. Mike (plumber) was very professional and helpful. He was also able to help us close on our final design of fixtures, placement, etc. They are very professional. The cost was a little high but I would use them again in a second.

They did everything as promised. There were no price suprises. They were prompt, professional and would use the again. I know they a litte on the pricy side but it was good to know I have found a plumming service I can trust to do what they say they will do.

They were always very prompt and professional. They took their time and they always called prior to arrival to let me know when they would be there. They also took the time to show my son how things work, he is only 5 years old. I have already referred them to other people.

He did a great job. He worked quick and was very knowledgeable. They are a very friendly family owned company.

I have several rental units, so I have used several providers, and I like Michael Angelo Plumbing LLC a lot. They are very good and prompt. I would use them again in the future; if they were not good, I would not have used them.
