I have them every other Friday.

It went swimmingly! They arrived on time and brought and quot;momand quot; with them and the three of them got a very hard (in my opinion) job done in just a little while.







The ONLY reason I hesitate to give them a fantastic review is because so many people will want them that I might never get an appointment again!!!







They are thorough, fast, friendly, responsible, professional and are the first folks to work for me who didn't spend any of and quot;MYand quot; time making personal phone calls, which is a great annoyance to me.







I recommend them highly and I'm a VERY particular person. They brought their own supplies unless I wanted them to use something special of mine to use.







I really want them and need them again and for the future if possible for them.

It went well - I was given an estimate and told what services are included in that price, and they provided those services and more.

Melissa and Shawn performed a and quot;move outand quot; cleaning on our home that we have lived in for the last 5 years and is now a rental.
I don't have a negative thing to say about this experience. They were professional, responsive, punctual and fair during the entire process. Called back when they said they would call back. Showed up when they said they would show up. Performed the job they said they would.
The house was incredibly clean. They did a great job. The renters arrived for move in about 2 hours after Melissa and Shawn completed cleaning. The renters were elated with how clean the house was and how good it smelled. The renters had arrived with their own bucket of cleaning supplies, but were happy to know they didn't have to do a thing!
I would highly recommend Melissa and Shawn and use them again myself! They were so adaptable to my schedule and needs - it made my moving transition so much easier.

I found Melissa and Shawn through Angie's List. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to look at the house and give me a quote. They arrived on time, which was a plus. After walking them through the house and telling they what I needed, Melissa gave me a quote on the spot. It was within my expectations and Melissa promised to notify me when she could work me into their schedule. A day later I received an email informing me what days and times they could come out. Everything Melissa or Shawn told me was done on time and as promised. The first cleaning was amazing. They did the initial house cleaning and I was more than surprised, not so much at how clean and thorough a job they did, but more so, that everything was put back in the right place. I have OCD and expected to come home and tweak my nick-nacks, chairs, furniture. I was so happy that I didn't need to re-situate a single thing.
Melissa and Shawn have been back at least three times since and each time it gets better. I am on the schedule every two weeks and can't wait to see them. They are so friendly and personable. Moreso, they are professional. I asked for a copy of their insurance and received it the next day.

They were friendly and punctual. Their cleaning was thorough and the price was reasonable. They did a good job.

My house needed a severe deep cleaning. After having my 1st child several months ago, I haven't been able to keep up with the housework so I called Meticulous Mom for help. The job completed exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional and extremely thorough. I am very happy with the results as well as the price. In the past, I had used another large cleaning service company (who just so happens to have the same initials as Meticulous Mom) and was never truly satisfied. Meticulous Mom blew them out of the park! The job was done much better and the price is less!!! The whole house is sparking clean but I am most impressed with the fact that no streaks were left on any of the stainless steel, mirrors, or glass doors (unlike how the other company left it every month).

It went well. The company did a great job, communicated well, and was very open to my feedback.

They have been working for me for the several months, and I have been very pleased with them. They do a really good professional job. Their timeliness and scheduling are perfect Their quality of work and punctuality is very good. I would rate them highly and will use them again in the future.

They are fantastic at what they do. When I need assistance with anything, they are here to help. They used to have an employee that I suggested to work for them. She has since started her own cleaning business. Instead of being insulted by this worker quitting, Melissa, the owner of Meticulous Moms, forwarded any jobs that she could not handle to the employee who quit. All of this person's jobs have come from Meticulous Mom. Melissa is an absolute doll! Congratulations on receiving the 2011 Super Service Award. You certainly deserve it for all the hard work you have done. I wish you best of luck on getting it again in 2012.

Perfect! They cleaned everything they said they would, were on time, and very friendly to work with. Probably the best cleaning I have ever had done on my home.

We have used them twice. It's a husband and wife and they come in with their equipment. They are very thorough and quick. They don't run over things. They are quick, do their job, and leave. It usually takes about 2 hours. We pay them on a monthly basis. They are pleasant people to talk with and deal with. We are very happy with their service and we plan to keep using them. They are not that expensive. We have talked to several others that were quite a bit more expensive. They are here on time every time. They are very professional.

I contacted Melissa and Shawn after reading glowing reviews on Angie's List and I was NOT disappointed. They visited the first time to give me an estimate and clarified what they would do. Suggested a deep cleaning on the first visit then as needed. They called the night before and arrived at the designated time. They were thorough and diligent. They were organized bringing their own cleaning supplies. They were extremely pleasant encouraging me to give them feedback for the next time. It was evident that they take this very seriously as they went right to work (husband, wife, and asst). Two hours later they were departing. I paid them by check. Credit card is also accepted. They plan to come every two weeks and I look forward to it! I couldn't be happier with this choice.

Meticulous Mom was good at the beginning and then they started to not do things and when I asked them to do it they still would not. I told them to clean 2 bedroom windows and they only cleaned one of them. The rate at the beginning was high and they said it covered everything so I asked them to do something extra one time and they wanted to charge me extra for it. It went from $120 for 3 hours then 2 hours then 45 minutes of work. The price is quite high and you never know how many workers they are going to bring with them. They did a great job the first few times but the work deteriorated after that.

They promised to give me a date, they called, came to my house, cleaned, and I was delighted.

Melissa and Shawn answered our call for an estimate very quickly and offered to come out on a Sunday to review our house to prepare an estimate. That was the first amazing thing about them. They came out on a Sunday! The next amazing thing was how they balanced professionalism with a genuine personable approach to performing their services. The first cleaning (3.5 hours) was more time consuming than the subsequent cleanings and was quoted at a one time higher expense. They fully explained every aspect of what they would accomplish and charged an extremely fair price for their services. As business people ourselves, my wife and I know the value of paying a fair price for services you cannot currently perform yourself. We could have never cleaned our home as well as they did, and are grateful for their help in getting and keeping our house in shipshape condition. We are also thrilled to be utilizing the services of local, family-owned business instead of the sometimes unpredictable services of a cleaning company franchise.

Melissa, her husband and another person arrived right on time. They came in and started immediately to work. They did everything they said they would and more! I've had other housekeepers in the past, but this group were the best! Melissa got my grout in my shower clean that I had totally given up on as hopeless! They even cleaned the sliding glass doors! I highly recommend them!

I am disabled and my husband works and lives out of town, so when "Meticulous Mom" came the first time, my house was a real mess. I had hired and fired four cleaning companies for various reasons months before finding "Meticulous Mom". I was embarrassed to let them in at first until they quickly put me at ease. I briefly told Melissa, Shawn and Candy what I needed done, then took a nap while they cleaned. To say I was pleasantly surprised when I was awakened is an under-statement! My home was not as clean when I moved in.! Everything was in its place. Nothing was missing or broken and everything sparkled or shined. The rooms were brighter, not only because they were clean and shiny but there was more light. The light bulbs that were out because I can not climb a ladder to replace them were replaced. Dirt and dust gone off the windows, so more sunlight streamed in. Melissa must have said let there be light. The house was no-longer so depressing. All dust bunnies gone as well as all dirt.. I could not find anything that was not done. They even cleaned my pool patio and the pet door that leads to the pool patio.. If you need a cleaning service you can trust and know will do a excellent job for a good price call Meticulous Mom. Call, you will not be sorry - shoot you can't in good conscience even complain.!

When "Meticulous Mom" came to clean for me it had been awhile since my house was cleaned, as I am disabled and my Husband lives and works out of state. My house was a mess and I had gone through at least 4 cleaning people before finding "Meticulous Mom". The other cleaning companies did not do a good job or items would be broken or missing. I knew as soon as I met Melissa, Shawn and Candy I had nothing to worry about. Not only did they do an excellent job, they use their own cleaning materials and clean in a timely manner. If they say they will be at your home at 10:00, 10:00 it will be. You do not have to stand over them to ensure things get done as you requested, or that nothing is broken or goes missing. A few weeks after Melissa was hired it was Thanksgiving and I was very sick and alone. Melissa called to check on me, as she knew I was sick and my Husband was not able to come home for Thanksgiving. When I told Melissa that I had not eaten, a few minutes later she came to my home with 2 plates of food from her family's dinner table. It was delicious, not only can she clean, but she can cook as well. The whole group has hearts the size of Texas and always check up on me to see if there is anything they can do for me. When I hired "Meticulous Mom" I got way more than a cleaning company, I found 3 terrific new friends! I was beginning to believe that companies who really care about the customer and how they do their job just were not to be found anymore. Boy was I wrong! "Meticulous Mom: has restored my faith in "hired help" and mankind!!! I never thought that having a dirty house would turn out so wonderful.! If you have a dirty house, give "Meticulous Mom" a call, then take a nap. When you awake your home will be spotless and you will be extremely happy!!!
